I really like this roller frame as the clips stayed in place and it rolled pretty effortlessly with an 18" roller. There are only a few drawbacks to this is that you are going to need a pole to attach to this as it doesn't have a handle (no big deal, but in case people didn't realize this at first). The way that this mounts, you will get some black transfer from the uprights if you run it against a wall or trim, so be careful when you get close to corners or trim. Also, if you have an 18" roller and the area you are painting is 20 or so inches, this won't fit making vertical passes. Outside of that this is pretty nice and is perfect for when you have big open rooms as you can cover a lot of real estate quickly. ... show more

The part was popping out of the package and the package had nothing (foam, packing popcorn) to ensure it arrived safely. Love the Purdy products but how it was shipped to me showed no care on Amazons Part.
