This dress is really cute. I’m glad I read reviews before buying. I got an XL for my frenchie and she’s about 23 pounds. I added a 2nd picture of her without the dress on to show her size. She’s chunky but not typically an XL. This dress is made for a smaller breed dog only. If it was any smaller, even an inch in the chest, it would not have fit. 5 stars because I knew this going into the purchase and the material is really nice, and it’s a cute dress. ... show more

Pros: The blue is a nice color, and it looks nice in pictures. Con: The size is meant for toy breeds and even then its smaller than usual, so go up a size (small did not fit my Pomeranian, Chiwinnie & Shih Tzu); fabric does not stretch, isnt silky and feels like cheap materials; awkward to put the dress on the girls, youll need to take the front of the dress through the backend of the dog legs and tail, pull it up to the front of their chest and button it between their front leg; the button tjat hooks the dress feels like it can easily be broken off, ots fragile; & the dress does not look good in person, its way too plain. ... show more
