The media could not be loaded. I was worried about buying this... and I'm glad I did. Well worth the money spent. A couple of things to know, 1. The ink and powder will ship to you separately. I didn't know this and was concerned when my printer arrived a week earlier than expected and no ink. But the ink came a couple days later. 2. ALL DTF printers require daily maintenance. If you don't plan on cleaning the head and doing nozzle checks every day, sometimes multiple times a day, or deep cleaning the machine once a week - please don't get a DTF printer. I always feel bad for sellers that get blamed when someone purchases their printer and gets upset that it doesn't function correctly due to lack of maintenance. If you going to invest a few thousand dollars, do your research. There are videos out there that show ways to put the machine in vacation mode, ways to unclog the print head etc. My prints come out vibrant and beautiful, and adhere to multiple different fabrics perfectly. Everything was easy to install and set up. I had absolutely no trouble or hiccups with any of the software. When I contacted the seller about the missing ink they replied in less than 24 hours to let me know it was shipped separately and was in route. I am very pleased with the machine. I will be investing in a UV DTF machine from this same brand. *** 6 month update. Still pleased with my printer. For new DTF users, there's a learning curve and it takes a little patience. I did run into the white ink not printing as vibrant after a few months, but I found a video on youtube on how to flush the white ink through the printhead with a cleaning solution and sucking waste toner through to ensure there was no air in the ink lines. I've purchased a UV DTF machine from the same company, and I've reordered inks from the company multiple times now. This printer has been a wonderful investment for my shop.

The media could not be loaded. This is just so simple and beautiful. Major upgrade from having an converted epson et 8550 and all the maintenance problems it came with . The maintenance on this punehod is way more simpler .a simple nozzle check and (if needed) printer head cleaning gets everything flowing. I've been using this printer everyday for the past week and I'm loving it . This makes me want to print more seeing how the process is way better than a converted printer ( people who own epson would understand) I LOVE HOW the engineers are available and very attentive to you questions and understanding about of this printer and the RIP software . Wonderful customer service . This is a great investment for small business owners . Their RIP software is less complicated than cadlink. Easier to maneuver through. Very simple #CON The only downside was shipping was a bit slow ! And the roll size was only 11in . Thought it would be 13in wide. The printer arrived separately from the ink. Update THE PRINTHEAD WILL GIVE YOU PROBLEMS EVEN WITH GOOD MAINTENANCE . YOU HAVE TO REPLACE IT EVERY 5-6 MONTHS. AND THIS COMPANY JUST KEEP RAISING THEIR PRICES. AND SHIPPING IS ALWAYS EXPENSIVE.

We had looked at a more expensive DTF printer, but since we were just getting into it, we decided to try this Punehod L1800 based on price and reviews. Shipping was relatively quick considering the distance it needed to travel. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived, we had Covid and weren’t able to set it up right away. When we finally got around to it, the printer worked excellent. It is well packed, and, while it may seem intimidating while unpacking all the parts, it comes with a couple USB drives that contain installation instructions and walk you through the process. We were able to get it setup with no trouble. Our first test image came out excellent. Colors were bright and vivid. We did have an issue with our oven, but we reached out to their tech support and Jacky responded. The whole experience was excellent and they were very thorough and helped us to resolve our issue. I’m so glad we decided to buy a Punehod printer and I would definitely purchase from them again.

I really wanted to love this printer and help my business grow, however all it did was cost me money and a headache. Procolor/Punehod is NO help, none. All they do is try to sell you products to fix a problem. I educated myself on this printer, am in multiple FB groups, watch all the videos; I do so much maintenance they suggest and more and still within 5 months needed a new print head (NOT CHEAP), new cables, new dampers. My new print head is still not whitening despite my many efforts. Complete waste of $3200. We all (owners) of this printer have all struggled with this printer, most of us want to throw it out the window, others continue to throw money away on it and fight the fight. Of course, it all went downhill after the return window closed. They will not send you a new print head once ink enters the printer, well- you can't check it until ink has entered the printer and you actually print!! Join groups prior to purchase and really see the struggle.

The media could not be loaded. This printer has vibrant colors, I purchased this printer 2 months ago and if I will need other printer, I will purchase the same blue one, definitely. Previously, I purchased Epson ET 8550 but that was the worst investment but with this punehod printer, my earnings have increased and it’s really easy to use. I have 2 months and this printer doesn’t need a lot of maintenance. If you need a DTF printer, you have to get the punehod printer to have an easy life. 🇬🇹🇬🇹🇬🇹
