First time doing DTF printing , first time setting up the printer , I did most of the steps of the usb drive on my own , but my printer wasn’t printing the nozzle check pattern. I contacted customer service through Amazon and they were very responsive , they gave me a phone number that contacted me through Skype with a support group. Super helpful . I was able to do my first printing and it looks great . I would suggest the company to maybe have a better manual , the printer comes with extra parts that it doesn’t say what are for , the support group was good at explaining. Overall im very happy with the experience

We purchased this printer in November 2023. In September 2024 it stopped printing the correct colors. I replaced the ink tanks, all the hoses and dampers, and two printheads. I worked with the support engineers for 6 months trying to fix the printer. I sent literally hundreds of pictures and dozens of videos to them but no one could figure out why it wasn't working. I was able to print all the colors on documents from Microsoft Word, but not the ProRIP software. The engineers replaced the software several times but could never get it to work correctly. They asked me to change computers because they thought my computer, after running the software for months, had become the problem. After nearly 6 months of effort the printer stopped working completely and I was told it needed parts. I was told to put the printhead moisturizing dampers and hoses on the printer and wait for parts. Then I was told that I needed to get online yet again with their engineers to determine what parts were needed. I thought that was what the previous 6 months had done, but that was not the case obviously. When the problem started and they could not determine the cause I asked them if I could send the printer to them for repair or if they could send me a new one since it was still under warranty. They said no, that their engineers could figure out the problem. Now go ahead 6 months and when I suggested, again, that I send it to them or get a new one, they said no, it was no longer under warranty. I used the printer for months and it worked great, but when it stopped working it really stopped. The engineers tried hard to find the problem, but it was obviously above their level of expertise. I don't fault the engineers; they worked hard to diagnose the problem, to no avail. At one point near the end of the 6 months of trying to get it to work I was told that this printer was no longer current and that parts were probably not available. But still they refused my request to take the printer back for repair or send me a replacement. I have not been able to use the printer for over 6 months and I need another DTF printer. I will not be purchasing this printer or any printer from this company again.

The media could not be loaded. You will need to watch and follow the instructions as given so that you can start printing out your designs. The white must go over your image so that when you press it down it can be placed over dark colors. I was skeptical at first but now I’m definitely glad I bought it. Update: On June 27th,2023 my printer said ink pad at the end of life. I contacted the seller and even though we had different time zones I was able to be contacted to a technician (Lena) who within a couple clicks made my printer up & running in great condition. Thank you sooooo much for bringing my baby back - & I totally wasted $40 on ink pads that wasn’t needed.

Couple of things 1- the instructions come on a usb but that’s not labeled or maybe I missed that 2- contacting customer support requires you to contact seller on Amazon and then chat via your choice of available apps- once you figure that step out they’re super helpful 3- daily maintenance is also to be performed if you haven’t used your printer in the last 30 mins even if you already did daily maintenance I like this printer but I am new to dtf so I am still learning I struggled to get it set up but once I figured out everything, it’s super easy to use

I was nervous to start with a new printer and dtf. The videos made set up a breeze. I did make an error in my set up and emailed customer service. They emailed me back a few hours later and with a few minutes was able to fix what I had did wrong. So happy with my purchase and the service they have to help you!

The media could not be loaded. I have patiently been trying to get assistance with my defective machine. Procolored Customer Service tries to get me help to set up printer and i keep trying to explain that printer starts printing correctly but the printer head seems like its too low abd keeps hitting a lever which in turns messes up the print out. I am requesting a return and haven't had any luck. Amazon keeps sending me to seller. Seller sends me to a customer service person which is just a random California women who tried to help me install software, how to add ink and will ask her husband if he knows of a solution on printer head issues. Buyer beware!

I've only had my machine set up for a couple of days and I did run into some bumps on setting it up (the software mostly) but the customer service has been great ! They respond for the most part within minutes. I've done one shirt and it didn't quite come out the way I thought it would but I'm still playing with it
