Have not worn this on the golf course, but it should be a nice layer for those fall rounds that warm up by the 4th or 5th hole. It has a little elasticity/stretch which allows you to roll up the sleeves; just the right length, although I don't know if I would tuck it in, as shown in some of the pictures; and loose enough that you can fully zip the neck too. I bought this and the green under the Prime Wardrobe option... I am usually between Medium and Large sizes and the Large fit most comfortably. I also liked the idea of seeing the colors, as compared to the photos. The orange is a little lighter than a burnt orange, but not too bright! Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase and may buy another color, depending on how it feels on the golf course, and how well it washes.

I have a few other 1/4 Zip shirts from Puma Golf and this one is slightly on the larger size. I normally wear a medium, would probably have ordered a small but it wasn't too big by that much. Also, this product is listed as womens (?) but I'm pretty sure its a men's size (A Woman's medium would be smaller). Also the EURO size matches with my other Puma Mens Medium 1/4 zip shirts.... Either way, it a great shirt, I'd say the material is warmer/thicker than my other dry fit shirts, which is nice for Fall/Winter weather!
