The bands are what I was looking for, a variety of different resistances. I got these to replace the ones I left at the gym and a couple of them that snapped after about three years of regular use. This will happen from time to time with bands its the nature of the beast, you just have to check them before use and be leery of sharp edges. Back in 2016 or 2017, I bought individual WOD Fitter bands from Amazon for a higher price. Those bands are basically the same as these bands, except for a higher price. I didn't use them all that much, and it turns out that they dry rot after a few years. Although I paid more to have a lifetime warranty, the reviews said that warranty claims went unanswered. Now that I wanted to start working on my pull ups again, I needed a new set of exercise bands. For less than the price of WOD Fitter's most expensive band, I had a complete set. In addition, I got these delivered overnight, so I could use them the next day! When I received the package, everything arrived intact. It took me a few minutes to unbox the items. There is a rubbery smell that will dissipate after 3 days or so. I got a chance to use them, and they work just as expected, just for less money. I figure that these bands will eventually dry rot after a few years, but they are much more affordable. ... show more

Everything came with the set as promised; however, they forgot about my door anchor which wasn’t included. It made me very sad that it didn’t come with it but overall this product is great for home workouts.

These power bands range from very light to extremely heavy. The two heaviest ones are very heavy, but not too heavy for doing regular squats. I’ve found that using snug-fitting leather work gloves makes it easier to hold the bands with the higher resistances. Gloves also avoid any possible sensitivity to the latex material from gripping the bands tightly. So far the bands have been a great, fun addition to the tube-style power bands with handles I already use. I’ve also found that a full-size carabiner works well to quickly attach and detach the bands to the door anchors—so far so good. Thanks! ... show more

I got exactly what I expected: a bag with a bunch of different bands. I've had them for a few weeks now and they're perfect for me. There are a couple of band workouts I like when I can't go to the gym and these work great. The ball accessory lets you easy attach the band to the top or side of a closet door for added versatility.
