We looked at trees that literally cost 3-5 times as much as this tree and for what we paid we could not be happier. Lots of work unpacking and putting together, but what would you expect from a 12-foot-tall pre-lit Christmas tree? Lots of branches and needles and with 1200 lights this tree really is a beauty. Comes with a 2-year warranty after online registration, but it is very well made, so we expect it will last 5 times what the warranty is. I expect our family will cherish and enjoy this tree for many years to come. I could not give a higher endorsement than this. If you need a 12-foot tree, save a thousand + dollars and get this one.
