Poor packaging. Shipper delivered with box torn and open. The value was a little pricey, but would of been better if it was a quick set pole tree. It took extra time searching for and using right extension cord type connections on each section of tree to get the lights set up. Tree stand is flimsy. The price value is a little high. I wanted a tall and narrow tree for our living room. I set it up within 5 minutes and this photo is before it’s fluffed. I think when we put it up at the Holidays and take the time to fluff the tree it will look great! Looks realistic from far away.

I have never bought an artificial Christmas tree until now. Every year we would cut down a beautiful large tree at a local tree farm, but it was a ton of work, and our kids are grown. I love that this tree is 9 feet tall and has a slender profile. We don't have to take any furniture out of the room. I am extremely picky about Christmas trees. I want ornaments to dangle from the branches, not lie against the tree. This tree allows for that, and even though it is a slim tree, it will hold a ton of ornaments. It is extremely realistic looking and was easy to set up. The lights are a lovely soft color. There is an on/off button included. We had to "MacGyver" our large star to the top by reinforcing the top branches with long sticks from an orchid plant. I highly recommend this tree if you want a tall slim tree that is reasonably priced. It seems sturdy, but we will probably tie it off to be safe. ... show more

We are a family that always did a live frasier fir tree each Christmas. Figuring that covid somehow would increase the cost dramatically and provide less than stellar live trees this year we opted at the last minute to order a fake tree. I’m picky and wanted a tree that resembled a real one as much as possible and not spend $1000. This tree certainly has filled my expectations!!! Which can be a tall order at times!!! ... show more

Unfortunately the size didn’t work in my space. But this tree is stunning. It’s incredibly full and realistic looking. I’ve never seen a tree with so many real touch tips.
