This was purchased to put in our bedroom. I wanted something tall and slender...this tree checks off those boxes. I put it in a corner to add some Christmas "glow" to our bedroom. It has just enough lights on it to give a beautiful "glow" (it's not overpowering). The lights give off a warm hue, not that bright blue/bright white you see sometimes. When I opened it was packaged well. It's easy to assemble (I did it by myself, while hubby watched football). The base has 3 screws to secure the bottom piece and then you have two other pieces to add. You'll easily find the plugs that connect the lighting. All in all it took about 10 minutes to assemble. When it all put together and lit, You'll need to fluff the branches to make the tree look more realistic (This is messy...nothing a broom or vacuum can't solve. Tree worked last year perfectly, this year it lit up for one day and now an entire strand of lights won't turn on. I've tried messaging around with the bulbs that are out with no luck. I feel like most trees still light up even if one bulb goes out, but that is not the case for this tree. Such a bummer because it is beautiful, but if you are looking for a tree that will last multiple years, I'd keep looking. ... show more
