The tree assembled pretty quickly and easily, and it looks terrific. That right there is what's important. However, one of the light stopped went out about one day after the tree went up, and after following their instructions for what to do in that circumstance -- change fuse, replace first non-working light -- with no effect, I wrote to customer service. They didn't respond to my email, sad to say. All I'd ask of them is that they send a replacement string, but not having heard back from the company, I'm living with it for now. I'll birddog the problem once the tree is down and it's easier to get at all the lights. But, I'm not nearly as impressed with their customer service as I am with their tree. ... show more

I wanted to have this tree up and in action for awhile before I reviewed it. This was replacing a tree that statistically (branch quality, light count, etc) was half the quality and half the price. I am thoroughly impressed with this tree and think it was well worth the higher price. It is perfectly full and beautiful after fluffing it and all of the lights work, which to be honest, is always luck of the draw. The reason I am writing this review is because of the customer service and willingness to stand behind their product. I emailed several brands that I was considering, and Puleo is the ONLY brand that went above and beyond to answer my emails and did RESEARCH in order to answer my questions. I wanted to know what their warranty promised if I received a defective item (which is always possible with a tree regardless of the brand). I was able to speak to an associate who assured me the brand itself would replace it. Another brand I considered responded with only a PDF of their warranty policy, nothing more. I am SO glad I chose this brand and I hope this tree lasts for years because it is truly gorgeous. More importantly, I hope Puleo knows how great their customer service reps are and what a difference it makes. This is ultimately why I chose this tree and I have no regrets! ... show more

This tree is beautiful and I hated to take it down! The white lights just seemed to bring a sense of serene calm to my home. This is the first year in a very long time that I have had an artificial tree. The tree looks so real that unless you are standing right next to it, you don't really notice that it is an artificial tree. I actually bought two different trees (for different spaces in my home) and I am very pleased with both of them! I found this tree to be very easy to assemble. The instructions included some excellent tips. Everything worked as expected, just the right amount of lights. I had been looking for something to light up my front window & this product, at 4.5', is just the right size & shape. My only issue was that I misunderstood the installation process. I thought it would just fall into place once it was unpacked/unwrapped but it did not. It appeared that the tree would require manual "fluffing", but I was concerned that I would break off branches if I pulled at them. The instruction manual included did not include my 2-piece tree, and directed the user to an assembly video via a link that didn't exist. I did find the video eventually, and the tree actually required manually "fluffing" - not a problem, but would've been less time-consuming if the manual had been more helpful, or the initial product description had been clearer. That being said, the lights work perfectly, the tree looks lovely for the purpose intended (something lighted in my front window). I would definitely recommend this product, but I would add a cautionary note on the assembly. Merry Christmas! ... show more

Wow, I just set up the tree. Very easy assembly. The 2 bottom sections are hinged. The top section isn't but doesn't need to be. However, being new, it did take about an hour to "fluff" out all the branches...and there are many, especially on the bottom section. The middle section is thinner by comparison, but decorations fill it in nicely. Overall, the tree is beautiful, tall, and shaped well. The width is just right, not skinny but not overly wide. The lights are well distributed. They do not blink or change color, but I didn't want those features anyway. Great Christmas tree and looks more expensive than it is. Happy purchase! ... show more

Here' what I emailed to Puleo: It is December 22; I have just opened your Christmas tree; I am missing two (2) anchor bolts for your stand. Those that I have among my hardware are way too big to use, I do not even know if your missing parts are standard sizing. Obviously, I cannot set up your tree without a solid stand. Looks like without a lot of extra time and effort on my part, with crowds, traffic and lines of people waiting to pay for purchases, to find a reasonably fresh natural tree or search for a part that will fit and do the job, we will not have, for the first time in 70 years of marriage and 90 years of living, a Christmas tree to help celebrate the season. What if anything are you going to do about the situation? Will you ignore this email? Overnight the missing parts? It will be interesting to see. In all fairness Puleo responded the next day and shipped the missing bolts. Unfortunately, est. arrival is the 28th and I could not find proper sub parts at HD. Could I have ordered earlier. Sure. But the point is the problem was poor quality control. Why would I want to spend my hard-earned money with a company that screwed up my Christmas? The tree is going back. If the bolts arrive beforehand, I'll include them in the return shipment. ... show more
