Wow, I just set up the tree. Very easy assembly. The 2 bottom sections are hinged. The top section isn't but doesn't need to be. However, being new, it did take about an hour to "fluff" out all the branches...and there are many, especially on the bottom section. The middle section is thinner by comparison, but decorations fill it in nicely. Overall, the tree is beautiful, tall, and shaped well. The width is just right, not skinny but not overly wide. The lights are well distributed. They do not blink or change color, but I didn't want those features anyway. Great Christmas tree and looks more expensive than it is. Happy purchase! ... show more

This tree is beautiful and I hated to take it down! The white lights just seemed to bring a sense of serene calm to my home. This is the first year in a very long time that I have had an artificial tree. The tree looks so real that unless you are standing right next to it, you don't really notice that it is an artificial tree. I actually bought two different trees (for different spaces in my home) and I am very pleased with both of them! I found this tree to be very easy to assemble. The instructions included some excellent tips. Everything worked as expected, just the right amount of lights. The tree assembled pretty quickly and easily, and it looks terrific. That right there is what's important. However, one of the light stopped went out about one day after the tree went up, and after following their instructions for what to do in that circumstance -- change fuse, replace first non-working light -- with no effect, I wrote to customer service. They didn't respond to my email, sad to say. All I'd ask of them is that they send a replacement string, but not having heard back from the company, I'm living with it for now. I'll birddog the problem once the tree is down and it's easier to get at all the lights. But, I'm not nearly as impressed with their customer service as I am with their tree. ... show more

I wanted to have this tree up and in action for awhile before I reviewed it. This was replacing a tree that statistically (branch quality, light count, etc) was half the quality and half the price. I am thoroughly impressed with this tree and think it was well worth the higher price. It is perfectly full and beautiful after fluffing it and all of the lights work, which to be honest, is always luck of the draw. The reason I am writing this review is because of the customer service and willingness to stand behind their product. I emailed several brands that I was considering, and Puleo is the ONLY brand that went above and beyond to answer my emails and did RESEARCH in order to answer my questions. I wanted to know what their warranty promised if I received a defective item (which is always possible with a tree regardless of the brand). I was able to speak to an associate who assured me the brand itself would replace it. Another brand I considered responded with only a PDF of their warranty policy, nothing more. I am SO glad I chose this brand and I hope this tree lasts for years because it is truly gorgeous. More importantly, I hope Puleo knows how great their customer service reps are and what a difference it makes. This is ultimately why I chose this tree and I have no regrets! ... show more

Liked the tree, lighting dispersement, and fullness, however all lights went out after using one season. Had read the tree info. which said not to connect any other electrical components to tree system ( tree topper, additional lights, etc. ) so I made sure not to add any additional electric items. When ALL lights went out, checked/replaced all fuses on all four sections of tree and main cord to no success. Warranty to this somewhat expensive tree is poor...must mail in registration within 90 days of purchase to receive 2 yr. lighting warranty and must be responsible for shipping costs - very expensive considering weight of tree! Stuck with bad tree! ... show more

I absolutely LOVE this tree! My expectations weren't very high considering it's about 1/3 of the price as trees I've seen at many stores. Boy was I shocked! It is very full looking and easy to assemble. There's hundreds of shiny lights too!
