March 2023 - We recently purchased our third Prisual PTZ 20x camera for our sanctuary. We use these to live stream our program each week. These cameras set up easily and operate flawlessly, They are quiet and not noticeable at all when being operated. The picture is great and the zoom is plenty for our 45' deep sanctuary. I can't recommend these cameras enough and their economical price makes them a win win situation. I can't find anything to dislike about this camera. We've installed it in our church sanctuary to be used for our livestreaming. The picture is very clear and detailed. The 20x zoom is more than adequate for our sanctuary which is about 70 feet across. The P/T/Z functions all work smoothly and quietly. The camera came with the necessary accessories. For our application we are using HDMI for the video feed and ethernet CAT5 POE cabling for power and control functions.

Had a different camera, but streaming wasn’t great. We bought two of these cameras and have been amazed by performance, autofocus, microphone and sound quality. It was much easier to use than the old camera and the zoom is great. We love the ease of the remote control for zooming in and out and turning the camera! Overall its a 10 out of ten rating!!!

I bought this camera expecting that I would get what I paid for. As a professional video producer I work with all kinds of gear, some of it quite pricey. PTZ’s are in this category as one pays for convenience, rather than other features cameras tend to have. Having unpacked this PTZ 20x SDI model, I was immediately impressed with the quality of image, silent and smooth operation and quality build and then realized that this camera is comparable to much more expensive versions. Caveat emptor - although the camera is of great quality it does have a chromatic aberration problem in certain lighting conditions. It is barely noticeable, but a trained eye will spot it soon enough. I do like this so much at this price point I will be expanding my PTZ cam inventory with these. Also, be aware that this company sells NDI versions of these cameras, which are a bit more in price but still well under market rates for similar or identical branded cameras. Def recommend.

The product have good quality and the support is more than professional. They help me to set everything up, streaming video over the camera network port to wirecast, Image is sharp and clear, the colors look great. We used the included wall mounts with ethernet for power and control, and HDMI for video. I recommend to everyone. That is amazing. Will definitely keep using Prisual in the future.

The installation, mounting, configuration is identical to the more expensive cameras. The picture quality is astounding! The minor issue I had was not understanding the Partial NDI License upon purchase and install. Once I figured out the timeout issue was related to the partial license and reached out to their tech support group, they helped me to purchase a full license, made sure I received the license and were available to help install the license key. The initial license didn't work, but this team didn't quit, they jumped through the hoops, got me another license and now I am 100% up and working and just over the top satisfied with Prisual and their team!!! A++++++++++

Image is sharp and clear, the colors look great. Tried streaming video over the camera network port to OBS studio for further switching and composition and the multi-second delay wasn't great. Directly streaming to YouTube or another platform should work great from a single camera in this mode, however. Instead I ended up using the SDI output over a 150 foot BNC cable to an SDI to USB 3.0 capture card directly into OBS Studio with fantastic results. PTZ control occurs over Ethernet from the computer and the latency is imperceptible (I only had to tune in the delay on the separate audio feed a few tens of milliseconds). Great value for the price (under $900 for the 30x zoom model).
