Hello, the reason for my message is that the first day I get my watch if I turn on and the second day I no longer turn on I put the charger and it is still off, I put minutes for calls and texts, but it no longer turns on ..... What can I do???

WARNING! While the app is a bit clunky and tracking is wonky, in general, it will tell you where your kid is and is accurate. We used this several times for a month and it was "good enough." However, we spent the last week with it on the charger and it will not charge, therefore it will not turn on. As luck would have it, I ordered a second watch based on the acceptable performance of this watch for the first month and it was still in the box. I opened it and tried the new power cord to see if that was the problem. No dice. Watch is still bricked. Well....I'll just contact customer service and get a new one. There isn't any. And the Amazon Help Virtual Assistant informed me that the watch was outside of the return period (30 days). I had to press through that to IM with a human at Amazon who said they would, "ask the team to extend the return period." Ummmm....there is a HUGE difference between returning something because it was the wrong size or you don't like it versus when it completely breaks in an unreasonable amount of time. A return period IS NOT a warranty period - but with this watch, IT IS. They granted me an extension so I could return a GPS watch that didn't last 45 days. Needless to say, I'll be returning the other one as well since it is still in the return/warranty period of 30 days.

Good watch and I hoping it does what I need however I can't get the SIM card to connect to the watch after activation. Any help would be great as I have an 11year old upset she can't use the watch.

Very disappointing! I would never recommend this watch. I followed all of the directions, paid ADDITIONAL $ for ad free service on the app (what a scam!) and the thing still won’t work properly. One of the main reasons we purchased was for the gps tracking for our son when he is out on his bike- but this is useless. It shows him 3 miles away from his actual location. Also, the battery must be charged every night and the charger is odd. I wish I could give this thing 0 stars!!!

Did not work properly. It is nice they put a sim card with it. It is easy to activate. The watch itself it is not that easy to operate. The phone app is ok. When my daughter was trying to call the second contact it was dialing the first one at all times. Sos call did not work. I could not even delete my account before sending back as it did not allow and all second day the watch was not able to connect with the sim. Wifi did not work either.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived early. PROS: 1.Easy to setup. 2.There is a speedtalk sim card inside the box of watch, so there is no need to order another sim card. 3. Works well. Makes voice calls, video calls, voice messages, GPS. 4. Parent app is easy to work with. You can send text messages ti the watch. But can only reply by voice or video messaging. 5. Long battery life. 6. Bought this in 2022, I am updating in 2024, and still going strong. CONS: 1. There is no text messaging app, except WeChat. 2. No vibrate option. UPDATE: Dec. 13, 2024 The watch is working. More than 40 hrs battery life per charge, even after 2 years of use. Wow!!! I see the price is a lot less than I paid for it.
