I’ve been really happy with this 14-inch Queen Plush mattress. It strikes a great balance between softness and support. The top layer feels plush and comfortable when you first lie down, but it still provides enough support underneath so you don’t feel like you’re sinking too much. I noticed an improvement in sleep quality almost immediately. It cushions pressure points well, especially around the shoulders and hips, which makes a big difference if you’re a side sleeper. At the same time, it keeps your body aligned so you don’t wake up with stiffness. Another thing I liked is that it expanded quickly after unboxing and didn’t have a strong odor like some mattresses do. The edge support feels solid, and it doesn’t transfer much motion, which is great if you share the bed. Overall, this mattress feels well-made and comfortable for nightly use. If you like a plush feel with supportive layers underneath, this one is a great option.

This is a very nice hybrid (Spring and Foam) mattress. As described, it provides decent support (I'm an overweight side-sleeper) combined with a yummy cushion-y top. Since waking with hip and shoulder pains, I had been searching for a mattress topper as wonderful as the feather topper I'd had to abandon to allergies. My search ended after my first night sleeping on this mattress. I have no idea how long this will comfort will last -- I've waited a month to write this review, and the mattress has certainly passed the 30 day test! The edge support is nothing special, but still, I am able to sit my generously sized self on the edge of the bed to put on socks. All in all, a fine mattress. Do consider though, that this lower-priced hybrid field is crowded, and though I have personal experience with only one competing brand, there appear to be many very similar entrants. Look at the construction details, the reviews, the warranty, and then look carefully at price. There seems to be a great deal of volatility about price, so shop carefully. As to set up: Set-up was simple, but requires a few safety precautions. I was able to drag the box through my house, and leverage it up onto the platform of the bed. I very very carefully used a utility knife to remove the cardboard box, revealing the highly compressed plastic wrapped mattress. When released from compression, the mattress will INSTANTLY unfurl, with great force. PLEASE be sure that the bottom edge of the mattress, visible through the plastic wrap, is closest to you, and facing so that the 'innards' will unroll away from you. I had mine at the base of the empty bed frame. That bottom edge flopped 8 inches or so toward me, while the entire rest of the mattress sprang into place, covering the rest of the frame. Included in the package is a very helpful safety-blade tool. I highly recommend you use it in order to protect both yourself and the mattress. Once it flew open, the plastic was under the flat mattress, and easy to tug out. The mattress was perfectly clean, with no manufacturing odor. It appeared to fully expand immediately, but that was deceptive. At that point, there were minor lumps and bumps, and it didn't feel as if there was much foam covering the tops or sides of the springs. 36 hours later, it was a different -- and much improved -- product. Give it time! Sweet Dreams!

This was the first mattress I ever purchased without physically sitting or laying on it first. So I had a lot of trepidation about selecting one online from a description only. I allowed 24 hours for the mattress to expand to its full size as it is rolled and compressed for shipping. I have been using it now for well over almost 2 months and can honestly say I have ZERO complaints. I find the mattress to be cool and very comfortable but still with plenty of lower back support. Let me be clear when I say hard I mean a mattress that is a sleep surface with minimal to no cushioning or sinkage, While soft I mean a soft mattress (typically 3–4 on a 1–10 firmness scale) provides a plush, cushioning feel that allows for deep contouring and significant sinkage, offering high pressure relief for joints. Now the hard or softness of a mattress is obviously very subjected from person to person. But for someone who likes a mattress somewhere in the middle to slightly soft with support this has been perfect for me. I thankfully don't have any real back or neck issues however really soft mattresses or even office chairs with out lumbar support causes my lower back to hurt. This mattress has been perfect for that issue. My previous mattress I found almost always made my lower back hurt come morning but it was much closer to the soft side of things. I haven't had a single morning where I have gotten up with lower back pain. As to the quality it appears to be well made I found no flaws or stitching issues upon delivery. The interior of the mattress still feels like the day it arrived when laying on it or just me examining it for issues. Its also a nice heavy mattress while not feeling overly dense and difficult to move but still with enough heft to it that feels like a quality product. All of my Queen sheets fit perfectly though mine are all deep pocket but no issue at all fitting without use of extenders. The last thing I will mention is don't make the one mistake I made of trying to use scissors to get the outer plastic off. To start with the plastic that keeps it rolled and compressed it very heavy duty and hard to cut through. I was using scissors which was about like using hair scissors to cut through tin instead of tin snips. Progress was slowed as well due to being concerned about cutting the mattress. Then I discovered that there is an included little tool that swiftly cuts the plastic off in one smooth motion. It is also constructed in way that removes the fear of cutting your mattress. So make sure to look for and use the tool in the box will make things so much easier to set up and roll out. In summation no regrets after over two months of use, appears to be well constructed, no longer wake with back pain, and slept extremely solid. Great price point especially compared to anything I could find locally!

First I forgot to take a picture of it in the packaging. But well packaged nicely compact. Came with a cutter that made it effortless to cut the vacuum sealing without damaging the mattress. It’s a coil spring mattress so it took shape almost immediately. It’s surprising fairly soft but a firm feel. If you like a soft mattress you probably want to add a topper to it but I like the firmness and support it provides. It already has a bit of a pillow top which is great. Is is a good height and thickness compared to other standard mattresses. Like I said with the supplied cutter set up was a breeze.
