I had the same issue that so many others had the product initially was sitting in a puddle but if you look at the tent that comes with it it tends to bow out in the middle I simply took a piece of tape and I made a little gutter by folding the tape against itself and then taping it to the tent part and then sticking a little bit of the flap down inside the lower tray and this will funnel the water back into the lower pan instead of allowing it to accumulate around the aeroponics unit otherwise you'll create a huge massive puddle. Otherwise the product seems to work fine it's only been a couple of days for my cutting so I don't know if it's going to actually work out or not but functionality wise it seems to be doing great it seems to be a good value for money ease of use is demonstrated they just need to have a better flap or something to guide the water into the reservoir. I put the flap on both sides of the tent it seems to hold snug on both ends where it loops around the tray that holds the cuttings but where the bow part is in the middle it tends to bow out allowing for dripping onto the lower surface as opposed to back into the reservoir

Contrary to the seller saying these cant warp in the dishwasher.... I can confirm they absolutely do in both the 35 and 70 size. Then what this leads to is it not fitting quite right which then leads to leaks which this system is already incredibly susceptible to. If i had to guess i would say the person that designed this had never used a cloner in their lives! It is designed to fail since if it isn't perfectly on it will slowly leak. Which should be easy but its a super flimsy cheap plastic that will bend as it wants. Buy something else unless you like sub par materials and a leaky cloner.

Works well and does what it’s supposed to. Had some brief issues with the pump after the first couple of runs, but opening it up and manually spinning the impeller got it working again. It definitely improves success rate, but if it’s not perfectly seated, and even sometimes when it is, it leaks like crazy.

I don’t leave reviews much but I had to for this aeroponics set up. I previously bought and still use a 35 site aeroponics cloner. It’s very similar to this 70 site version. 70 site one is great! 99% success rate with my only 1% loss is my own fault. I’ve designed my own aeroponics machines but these rugged built very inexpensive for what is delivered. Cheap is not quality craftsmanship this unit is very well built. Thanks!

I had high hopes and was very excited about this unit, but it was dumbed down once I received it. When assembling this, I noticed some issues immediately. The vents on the top of the dome were broken, so they couldn’t be adjusted. Also, there are no grooves or anything for the dome to set into. It just sets how it sets. Smh. The frame with wheels that the unit sets on wouldnt even fit the unit because the designed didn’t allow spacing between wheel mounting holes. With the nuts tightened to hold the wheels on, the nuts made the gap between them too narrow for the unit to set on the frame properly. A little more effort into these would have gone a long ways.

It has always leaked a very small amount where the top and bottom meet, but after about 2 years of use, the top plastic part has warped and no longer sits flush and now it leaks a lot.
