As a fan of the original Psychonauts game, I was eagerly awaiting the release of Psychonauts 2 on PlayStation 4. And let me tell you, this game did not disappoint. What really makes Psychonauts 2 great is its blend of trippy visuals, engaging gameplay, and hilarious writing. The game picks up right where the original left off, with Razputin "Raz" Aquato joining the Psychonauts agency and diving into the minds of various characters to unravel a conspiracy. The mindscapes in the game are incredibly creative and colorful, with each level taking on a different theme and aesthetic. From a '70s-style disco party to a creepy haunted house, each level is a feast for the eyes and a delight to explore. But it's not just the visuals that make Psychonauts 2 great - the gameplay is also engaging and fun. If you haven’t played the first game it’s worth playing through the out dated graphics espionage since you know that in a few short game play hours you can be playing the new game with updated but true the the original look gameplay. ... show more

My mom was a huge fan of the first game, I recently bought her a copy for herself, and I can't wait to see how much she likes it. I personally own it on Steam and PS4, and it's one of the finest 3D platformers of all time.
