Puffed up right after putting it in warm water, all you need to do is leave it out to air dry and you are good to go! If you are in a hurry you can air fluff on drying machine and use it within minutes. Definitely great value!

I used these for plastic detailing on boat and car. Applying wax in hard ti reach places and the best I found was using mother's mag polish because you can rinse and wash it. Leave these out in the sun to dry after soaking to fluff them back up. Quality is respectable for the price. I used only 1 to wax an entire vehicle. Seems to last

I use these to apply protected coating on all plastic parts of my vehicles. I get 4-5 complete 2 vehicle uses per pad. I like how they have to be rehydrated before first use. I hydrate 5 at a time and the rest take up little space for store age.

I think these foam applicator pads are a great bang for the buck. I saw the instructions on getting them back to normal size from recieving them in a vacuum sealed bag. So I was aware of the need for this. Just to note, you dont need to soak these in water over night or for several hours, you literally dunk then in warm water and work all the air bubbles out so that they get fully saturated with water, then squeeze them out as much as possible and let them sit to dry. Nothing more to it! These come individually portioned with a plastic band/cuff in 4pcs. So once you break the vacuum seal bag, you can choose to just pull a 4 pack out & leave the rest in the bag for easy storage, which is what I did. When I get down to my last one I'll pull another 4 pack out and do as I described previously to have another 4 ready. The foam pads are nice and dense, not super cheap & flimsy. I use them for dressing plastics, tires & interior pieces. They hold a good amount of product and cover a pretty large area at a time. I will gladly purchase these again when I get low on them

This applicators are shipped compressed and really never return to a useable thickness even after a week sitting out. They are also very small in diameter about 3 inches. I would not recommend this product.

Works as intended.. i used one to apply wax and another to apply "That Blaxk Stuff" to my faded plastic trim... looks almost like new...

Initially I was very dissappointed with these foam applicators. When they arrived they were vacuum packed and did not fluff up or expand when opened. They were paper thin (see my comparison to a us quarter). My initial impression was that his was garbage. I read the instructions and thought it was too much hassle to get some applicator pads up to snuff. But I dent ahead and threw them into a dryer with my next batch of clothes. That did the trick. They fluffed up and were actually usable. Now they are still not the best quality........they peel and the foam comes off quickly with any jaggy or ragged surfaces, but at least they are usable. Overall they are OK......not great. But 25 for $6 makes them attractive.
