The media could not be loaded. I didn't realize it was for a slim, but I have managed to make it work. The RGB fans are a nice touch but I removed two stars because the device itself is not automatic. It needs to be turned on every time.Manually, by the button in the picture. Even when the PS5 goes into rest mode.It will stay on for only a few minutes. It will not continue to charge anything. Maybe it would be different if it was plugged directly into the wall, but with the cable provided, [shown in video] it will only remain on for less than 20 minutes. It does not come with a remote. It is easy to set up and the sound is not very loud Even on the high setting. The build quality is decent and it doesn't feel extremely fragile. ... show more

This PS5 Slim stand tries to be the Swiss Army knife of gaming accessories with mixed results. The 3-level cooling fan is surprisingly quiet even at max speed, making it perfect for intense gaming sessions where your console threatens to achieve liftoff. The RGB lighting is unexpectedly bright – less "subtle ambient glow" and more "miniature rave in your living room." The 10-game storage slot is genuinely useful, though the mysterious unlabeled screw in the package (spoiler: it's to secure your console) had me puzzled until YouTube came to my rescue. The Stand That Keeps Your PS5 Cool While Making Your Room Look Like a Spaceship The charging station, however, is where things get disappointing. Despite advertising dual charging ports, it works best with just one controller at a time unless you enjoy watching paint dry. And let me emphasize: this is ONLY compatible with the PS5 Slim models – try to mount your original PS5 and you'll experience the special sadness that comes from ordering the wrong size pants online. The headset hook feels like an afterthought, basically telling you to just hang your expensive headphones off the side. The media could not be loaded. I got this for my son and he loves it! It doesn’t just look good, it works well and does everything it’s supposed to do. It’s perfect for him because he needs every feature it has - controller further, headphone holder, somewhere to store his physical games and a cooling fan. To charge the controllers, the button has to be pushed to activate the fan / charging stations. The indicator lights make knowing when the controllers are charge effortless. The fan isn’t loud at all and I really like that it can hold a few physical games (he doesn’t have many since I always buy digital, which is perfect for this). It fits well on his shelf and doesn’t take up too much space. We love it! ... show more

Only thing is the right side doesn’t charge. I have to hold the controller down and the instant I let go so does the charge. I checked with multiples to see if maybe it’s was the charging part to my controller but nope. Straight out the box it didn't work which kind of stinks cause the charging feature was the main reason for getting it but otherwise the left side is working and it does have a usb port so I just use that to charge the other controllers while sitting it in that same spot to hold them and it’s a great space saver especially for those who still use discs. ... show more

It works like it’s supposed to. The only thing is that I wish it were expandable to get more controllers on the charger. I have four and can only charge two at a time.

    • Compact PS5 Gaming Station
I ordered this PS5 cooling and storage station on the off chance that it would fit my son’s OS5. Unfortunately, the base it too small for the version we have. I did try out the fan, which has three speeds, and it seems quiet enough to do the job while not getting too loud, even on the higher setting. The single charging port works as well, but can only accommodate one device at a time, while able to hold two. As for the gaming storage capacity, it fits the games we have and can fit a total of ten. A screw came with the unit, which had no explanation in the instructions, but which is utilized to secure the gaming system to the stand. As for the headphone hook, it can simply be hung on the side of the gaming console. Seems like a great little gaming station, even with a single charging port, with all of the features it claims to have, in a very compact size. ... show more
