The button covers that come with the set slide off too easily. Threw them away first few seconds after install. The protective skin feels cheap and slides around a lot. I threw it away 2 days after installing. I will keep looking around.

This cover is great for your portal. It's silicone and works great to keep the portal in your hand so it doesn't slip out. I also like that it covers the whole portal versus just the sides. Overall if you need a full portal protection this would be the cover for you!

Just a suggestion, reduce the height of the part that surrounds the sticks, since it is very high and they get stuck, I had to cut them a little and they look horrible but at least the sticks no longer get stuck when I move them in a circle.

I got a different protective case for my ps portal, which was a clear plastic, and while it was pretty good, it was very smooth and after playing a bit my hands would get a bit sweaty and I worried about dropping it. This is thin so not as much protection if dropped, but much easier to hold onto. It does take a bit of effort to get it over the portal, but once it is there it is snug and also makes it look black, which isn't a bad thing. The joystick caps are nice, I'm not sure if I'll use the tall ones, and not really sure what the foam rings are for, I tried one around the joystick but I didn't like how it hindered the movement a lot. I guess it depends on what you like.

The material is so thin it ripped apart trying to get it on. The rubber also feels slippery to the touch. If i was able to ignore the tear in the rubber, it wouldnt matter since the material warps upon stretching, making it loose fitted.
