I initially wanted to purchase a product for my ps5 to help with airflow & look good. After searching through many products I came across this one. Seemed like a good fit & looked very well made. After a super easy install, it ended up looking better than I imagined & it’s really helping with airflow! depending on if you have a digital or disk version; you’ll use an extra piece that comes attached to the left side of the stand. The disk version uses the extra piece. With the digital version, you keep the middle piece inside of the left part of the stand. My only complaint is that the left side of the stand does not fit properly with my slim digital version PS5. The back sticks out too much about an inch and a half. If it fit properly it would get the 5 stars.

I’d like to repeat what I’ve seen in a few reviews, yes, the base that comes with the PS5 will allow you to place your system in a horizontal position. However, at least in my experience, it does a terrible job of it and is very unstable. I see nothing wrong with pointing out the shortcomings of an otherwise awesome system. The NexiGo stand is not perfect but it’s way better than what I started with. It makes the PS5 very stable in the horizontal position. I don’t exactly have any gripe with the product but on a personal note, I wish the stands clipped on to the PS5 instead of fitting loosely. Just me. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase. Although I said the stands fits loosely, it does the job of stabilizing the system. They slide on but are not snug. They do not fall off when plugging items into the PS5 the way the stand that came with the system did, every single time. Keep in mind that the NexiGo stand does not add any height to the unit. It holds it level and sturdy. If I had to choose between the NexiGo stand and the one that came with my system a second time, I would definitely make the purchase again. Just my two-cents. I hope it helps others to make a choice.
