Amazingly satisfied beyond expectations! Functionality is incredible! The modular walls are 2 longer and 3 shorter pieces, which velcro to each other and the exterior walls, giving you easy flexibility to account for various mute sizes (or to remove them completely). I have perfect compartments for straight, cup, plunger harmon trumpet mutes, my K&M trumpet stand, and another for water bottle (+ the external mesh compartment for other items/water bottle). Amazingly useful for on stage, as you can balance the mutes on top of the walls to allow quick and easy access, and transportation is so easy. The bag itself is made of quality material and feels and looks very nice, and the shoulder strap follows suit and is quite adjustable should you not want to use the hand straps. One draw back - the side pocket will not hold an A4 piece of paper without folding it, meaning music sheets are a bit of a hassle. However, it has two zips, so I have found that you can stand the folders upright (sticking out the top) and zip it close in and that secures chunky folders well enough! All in all, an amazing product, and a definite must have for convenience and mute protection

This is a great gig bag! It's spacious, with room for three horns, supples, sheet music or books, etc. Comes with detachable mute bag and mouthpiece bag. You can attach music stand. Sturdy shoulder strap. It's well padded, and the center compartment is adjustable. I highly recommend it.

I’d had my eye on this bag for a while. Several of my fellow trumpet players have them. It’s kind of large, so I wasn’t sure I wanted to lug one around. But I noticed a significant price drop, and jumped on it. It turns out in this “case” bigger is really better. I carry 5 mutes, mute holder, a stand light, valve oil, pencils, phone charger, glasses case and everything is accessible easy to find. Too early to determine durability, but it seems very sturdy and well made.

I picked this mute bag up because the bag I'd been using wasn't protective enough and my mutes were getting banged up in the back of the car. It's big enough for my most frequently used seven mutes—I keep both my plunger and pixie mute in the same box. Like all Pro Tec bags, this mute bag is well-constructed, has outside web pockets, is light but still protects the mutes, and comes with a shoulder strap. A good professionally made bag.

The bag appears nice and has strong zippers. It holds four of my sons trumpet mutes very well and there is still room for two/three more. It's silly the the straps are an addition fee for the bag given the cost and isn't mentioned until you receive the bag. The sides are not sturdy if you remove any of the dividers or rearrange them. We had hoped to store the four mutes and a mute stand/music stand; however, this weakens the sidewalls which worries us when traveling if any pressure is placed on the sides of the bag. Basically looks like a oversized lunch bag. My son is pleased with his purchase though.
