    • All the right ingredients and easy to take.
I have done a lot of reading about supplements that help with prostate issues and hair loss, and this prostate health supplement, seems to have every single ingredient I have ever read about. My partner is currently taking 3 pumpkin seed oil pills a day, and it has definitely helped with his prostrate. I want him to take this because it also contains a DTH blocker, that will supposedly help with hair loss. For the next month, he will take these instead of the pumpkin seed oil. If his prostate problems don’t come back, then we will know this is as good as the pumpkin seed oil. Which will be something, but not enough to justify the higher price. For that, it needs to help with more than his prostate. I will come back in one month, when the pills are out, and update the prostate help aspect of the product. However, I have no idea if I will be able to tell about the hair loss aspect. I do think the response to these products will vary widely, so whether someone else responds or doesn’t respond cannot guarantee you won’t or will. The pumpkin seed oil was the 3rd supplement that my partner tried, and the earlier supplements ( one of which was a big nationally known expensive supplement) worked for many people, just not him. Ditto on what helps with hair loss. So if you are having problems, just try different things. Given the ingredients, this one has a good chance. Bottom line : I gave the product 4* because it was easy to take ( I took one to test) and because it has some great ingredients for hair,loss.. On the hair loss, I really don’t think that you can say if something helps lessen hair loss. You can see if there is new hair loss, but not if some hair didn’t fall out. So for that aspect, I can only judge if the ingredients are those that have shone to lessen loss in studies. And while it is more expensive than pumpkin seed oil, that doesn’t work for everyone and this is about the same price as most other more complex supplements. So I am ignoring price on this review. But I am going to stop, for now, at 4* . I can’t give it a 5* until I know it works for prostate issues and that will take a month. Update: unfortunately, it didn’t seem to do more for prostate issue than just taking pumpkin seed oil. But it could work for you.     • Made in the USA, excellent ingredient profile
First, this is actually manufactured in the USA. [ A recent trend in private-label manufacturing is that a US flag gets used on the label, but you have to check the fine print to realize that the product was merely "formulated" in the USA. In reality, it was probably just chosen from a catalog of options the manufacturer provides to customers hawking private label or vanity label products. So all the American flag means in those case, is that essentially the owner of the label is based in the USA. What really matters is where it's manufactured, under what kind of quality control and regulatory oversight. ] Second, this is a product category that's hard to rate, since the effects are really not immediately palpable and it's intended as a maintenance/long-term health investment. But I do plan on having blood work done again late in 2024, partially to assess any impact of a couple supplement changes, in my liver/kidney/prostate - related scores. I'll update at that point, though it may be 6-9 months away. Third, the ingredient profile is a very sound one [speaking as someone who has sold a good deal of prostate-related products in one of my previous careers, running a successful private vitamin & supplement store before we were bought out by a chain]. But if you grab a copy of something like A Guide to Nutritional Healing and look up each ingredient, you'll see this product formulation makes a lot of sense. This supplement has ingredients that WedMd says show some promise in helping reduce the size of an enlarged prostate gland and lessen frequency of urination. Pumpkin seeds and pygeum nettle have apparently been shown in studies to have some good effects on this common male problem in men over 50. The capsule is a standard size and shape; the capsules provide Vitamin E and Vitamin B6 in addition to zinc, selenium, and copper at about or over the recommended daily amount. Two capsules and no more are recommended as a daily dosage. There are 60 capsules in each bottle. This combination of ingredients shows promise in helping gentlemen with this common problem. Includes most ingredients I have read about that supports prostate health (Pumpkin Seeds, Saw Palmetto) too name a few, easy to swallow and too me with little to no taste or after taste being that it is in a capsule form and from what I could make out from any taste was mostly the pumpkin seed in flavor as i had those in the past, I like that this combines multiple ingredients that serve mostly the same purpose saving me from having to take separate supplements to gain most of the same benefits from each one. ... show more

Being an older man, I have prostate issues. It is one of the joys of longevity. I am always looking for ways to improve my situation. This supplement caught my eye and I thought I would give it a try. This is fairly reasonably priced as opposed to other similar supplements I've found. You have to be able to afford it, before you can take it. The capsules are easy to swallow. No funny taste or smell, which can be a problem with some supplements. I am not a medical professional so I really can't attest to the true efficacy of this product. I can say that personally I have not had any negative reactions to this supplement (your mileage may vary). I'm not at the point yet where I can say conculsivly that this is the supplement for me, but at this point I am optimistic. ... show more
