I bought several sets of these years ago as wall to wall squishy floor in a "gym". (No exercising has ever taken place in this room but whatever.) We moved the "gym" to a larger room (more space = more exercising? probably not) so we needed a few more sets to cover the extra square footage. The new set is just a tiny bit bigger. They work but the seam between the old sets and new is a bit forced and gappy. Not major just something to know if you are adding to an old set. Still a great product. I have it over a concrete slab and if I ever exercised, I'm sure I would be very comfortable doing so. Furniture permanently dents the mats so place thoughtfully. I have a couple of children's swings hung from the ceiling of the "gym" and I am glad to have this mat under them to protect the kids if they were to hit the floor. Also, everyone should hang swings from their basement ceiling. They are super fun. ... show more

    • Affordable Cushioning to Get Those Gainz!

I purchased two sets and assembled them to make a good-sized rectangular area for basic exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and a bench. I taped the bottom side of the joints with Gorilla Tape based on other reviewer’s suggestions, then flipped the entire mat and placed it on carpet. I decided not to do exercises like speed-skater lunges because I sense that the mat could be torn. Note that I have NOT tested this, so I could be wrong about it’s durability. However, it’s perfect for what I use it for. My only complaint is that waking on the mat and then walking on my tile floors makes my shoes squeak. This sounds like nothing (and probably is) but it’s annoying and makes me wonder why it happens. Still, overall, these mats are a good value for the money. I would purchase them again, but I’d probably get the thicker ones for “speed-skater lunges” peace of mind. ... show more

Uses it as a bed headboard. And also uses as an alternative of carpet. Before I chose this one, I looked too many similar things. This one have the most cost performance.
