    • Nice beefy feel
Style: Classic, Forward 5B Size: Four Pairs Color: Lacquer, Wood Tip
I have been using a different brand of 5b sticks for quite a few years. For some reason I grabbed an old pair of Pro Mark 5Bs and noticed that they seemed to give me more power, I figured I’d try the Pro Mark forward 5B. This stick has a thicker shoulder and shorter taper which makes the stick feel more solid IMO. I really like the feel and this is my new go to stick. If you are looking for a little more power in your stroke, give these a try. ... show more

    • Best sticks ever
Style: Classic, Forward 5B Size: Four Pairs Color: Lacquer, Wood Tip
I'm a pretty hardcore drummer. I mean, I have broken sticks and cymbals playing so hard. I was using a different company's Japanese White Oak 5b sticks and they broke like they were nothing. Someone told me to try hickory Promarks and I laughed because oak wasn't even strong enough. I tried Promark and I have never gone back. I love them! Super strong and long lasting no matter how hard you play. Sticks are made of wood, they will break. But if you want a stick that will take more of a beating then this is the one! ... show more

Style: Classic, Forward 5B Size: One Pair Color: Lacquer, Wood Tip
American Hickory has never let me down before....but this time one of the sticks broke on the second gig! These drum sticks usually last a good while so I don't know what happened this time, too much spinach in my diet? Other than that they are a great pair of drumsticks light and durable with nice tips. I've always just gravitated towards Promark. That's my two cents hope it was helpful ... show more
