I know This is a cheap watch, but the band just feels really cheap. I like that it is water resistant And glows in the dark. This is also watched that can easily be thrown on your wrist when you go out into nature. Or for your run. I'm not sure I would purchase again, but I don't regret purchasing this time. I think if you know what you're getting into it's an OK purchase. Watch face is super easy on the eyes and very readable with the time and second hand clearly visible. After a good light exposure, the face has a nice green glow in the dark. Secondary scale provides 24-hour time reference at a glance, which is good for a sanity check. Clear second hand is perfect for counting elapsed time. This medium size watch would work for either a man or woman. Silicone band is soft and easily adjustable. It's waterproof enough to allow for hand washing or getting caught in the rain. This watch has a pretty small face making it great for a female or a male with a small wrist. It has a nice face with easy to read number and a sweep second hand, a feature that is vital if you work in the medical field. My biggest gripe about most of the digital smart watches is that you can't set them up to stay lit for more than 10-15 seconds so counting respirations or pulse is a real PITA. Very affordable with an easy to read bright dial. This is listed as a women's watch, but I bought it as a man because I really like the bright yellow dial and though it is little smaller than a typical men's watch, it is not so small as to look like a woman's watch when I wear it.....but, it's borderline...as long as you don't have a large wrist (I'm a men's Medium, larger than that it may start looking a bit too small.
