My kid had been wanting a smart watch since his friend got one. I didn't want to pay a monthly fee and don't think he needs to be cashing anyone quite yet so this seemed like a good option. We had a screen break after just a couple of weeks (not due to any harsh treatment). Customer service reached out after I posted a review to that effect and has sent a replacement at no cost. Will update if we have further issues. But I've increased the rating for now because of the level of customer service provided. Other than the screen issue, my child has loved this watch so we're very hopeful it was a fluke.

We have had this watch for about a year and a half. I will say it's still working well, though it's hardly been used. The games, steps, clock and radio are pros. Cons are camera, photo, audio, and Bluetooth. The technology of it is similar to my mp3 player in 2002. The camera is awful. Once you take a photo, the only options are view, or delete. I've added music on different ways, though it never plays on the watch. I have not been able to connect the Bluetooth. It is NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING CALLS. To the parents that are comparing watches while shopping, I made the mistake of ordering this thinking it could makes call. The company never claimed it did, that was on me. I wish I had spent the extra money to get a more advanced watch.

This was the perfect watch for my 7-year-old boy who has been asking for a watch that can play music aloud and count his steps. It took a while to figure out why the music was not uploading to the 32gb Prograce card. But it eventually did work and I was surprised how loud and clear the music sounded on the watch’s speaker, without the need for headphones with the audio player. I really hope this review will help others. I downloaded a free YouTube to MP3 converter on my laptop. My son choose all his favorite music and then I inserted the card. I then dragged each MP3 tune to the My Music file on the SD card, then I removed it and placed it in the watch. It showed no music. After switching it off and reinserting the card, it finally worked the 2nd or time. I removed the card to add more music in the following days and we never had trouble since. My son loves that he is able to select any song he wants from his own playlist and the FM radio also works, but only with headphones. Another thing he loves is the pedometer, which works perfectly, calculating his steps throughout the entire day. He loves running and having it count his steps and how many calories he burns. It was easy enough to figure out how to format the date and time in 12 hour time. The games were cool although he wishes there were more than 4 games. The watch itself is very stylish and durable and all his friends absolutely love it! He also takes selfies with the camera which he is able to view on the phone and then on the laptop. Not the best quality pictures, but it was a fun tool to have, along with the little flashlight. I am really glad we did not to give up on this watch, because it really is AMAZING! Note: We had to first insert the sd card in the watch to create the “My Music” file before inserting it into computer and uploading MP3 songs on the sd card.

My son age 7 is really enjoying his watch. He loves to count his steps, use the camera and play the simple games. He also loves to listen to the fm radio with headphones. The only downside is there is no silent setting. Don't forget to get a memory card to take pictures.
