    • Great set of dumbbells. - buy it as the price is right.
I purchased this in Oct. 2025 I was looking at adding another set of dumbbells that would allow me to go up to 50 lbs. This product works as the price is right, however, it does not have 5 lb. increments only 10 lb. increments but that is fine. I knew that before buying. Product Feels solid and secure when lifting. Very easy to adjust. Great price and great product. ... show more

    • Space saver
I’ve been using the ProForm Rapid Adjust Dumbbells for my home workouts and they’ve been a game changer. Super easy to adjust weight in seconds, which keeps workouts moving without stopping to swap plates everywhere. They feel solid, comfortable in the hands, and save a ton of space compared to having a full rack of dumbbells. Perfect for everything from curls and shoulder presses to heavier compound movements. The quick-adjust system is smooth and convenient, especially when doing drop sets or circuit training. Great option for anyone wanting a quality home gym setup without taking up an entire room. Definitely worth it! 💪🔥 Will recommend to everyone, thanks ProForm ... show more

    • Great product great price
I wish I had bought this sooner. We had an aging individual dumbbell set, resting and broken on the edges and we were looking for a full replacement of our weight set. We started looking at the different styles of these variable weight dumbbells and some just didn’t have enough weight on them and others were so expensive it made an unreasonable to buy the set. However, these pro-forms hit the sweet spot for our family, and everybody who lives in our house is very happy with the ability to quickly adjust between the weights for their individual exercise exercises. They’ve been used daily since we bought them and we’re having no problems with the catches becoming loose or the weights not grasping correctly. We like these enough and the price is affordable enough that we may buy a second set for those in the family who like to work out together. great product great price. ... show more

    • So far so good
So far so good - I've been using these for about two weeks now and I like the feel, the knurled grip, the build quality, the form factor, and the included trays. Seemed like a good value at 50 lbs per dumbbell for $200. The quick adjustment between weights is easy enough, although the slider on one of the dumbbells frequently gets snagged when trying to quickly adjust weight. Not sure why. I have to spend a few extra seconds guiding the slider on that dumbbell, but it's not a big deal to me. Let's see if the dumbbells can endure 3 or so workouts a week for a few years and price their value. ... show more

    • Excellent
These are the best I have come across. Got them on sale so an otherwise good value became a great value. They adjust quickly and super easily. Once locked they stay in place without issues…just make sure they are locked. It’s not difficult to hear/see them lock in but I know people have issues with plates detaching with this type (not specifically this brand) of adjustable weights. 100% the best and great value for the amount of weight compared to other brands. Easy to recommend these for beginners to pros ... show more

    • Great for the price
So far so good, they work great feel well made. I am a little concerned about the mechanism that changes the weights but I guess we will see how it works out

    • Great value, easy adjustments
I’ve had bowflex adjustables and these are better and at a fraction of the cost. Switching weight is easy and have had zero issues.
