So upset about this. I have been wanting to upgrade my recording setup for a while now, seeing as I haven't bought a new condenser microphone in over 5 years. I opted in for this kit only for half of it to not be included! On top of that, the XLR attachment for the mic, you know, the integral part that helps connect to the sound card and audio mixer?...not included. This is a standard USB connection. While not terrible, it is again not what I wanted. Final nail in the coffin is the absolutely non-existent customer service. There is no contact information in the kit, not a website, not one email address...and I have been sending messages to their Amazon seller message system to no avail. Over 2 weeks as of 06/19 with nothing. A waste of time and I feel like returning this and ordering a replacement will just further waste my time. ... show more

Dosnt not work at all the so called audio card fell into pieces after plugging in only a few times and soldering points are extremely loose also I have to push the xlr cable in extremely hard to pickup anything and hold it

It has decent sound quality, easily adjustable on programs like obs. The mic is pretty solid, and it’s less expensive than others. All in all easy to use and affordable
