It's a good power amplifier and honestly pretty well-built. From some teardown photos found online, I can see that they cut components for the cost, but I think for the operation, it's still fine. Just for reliable and durable operations, it's not recommended to push the amplifier to the limit although it would be pretty impossible. One thing I should mention is the power cable. It's rated 10A for 250V, and considering the short cable length, it'll be safe up to 12 or 13A. For 230V power line, it meets 3000W rating and actually has enough headroom as usually the amp's rating is program rating, not continuous rating. However, for the US's 120V power line, it's not possible. For the usual NEMA plug, it's rated up to 15A, and about 1800W is max. With 20A circuit, and well maintained outlets, about 2000W would be fine, but still it requires a thicker power cable as the included cable is approximately 16AWG. However, the fuse inside is rated for 8A, so one cannot use the full power claimed actually, and increasing fuse capacity is not recommended. In that regard, the actual power should be just 1500W total for 230VAC, and 800W total for 120VAC. So for the US power, 400W per channel is realistic. These are continuous power consumptions, so for actual music signal, it would be 800W per channel from the 120VAC, but still it's half of the claimed power. It's not an inherent fault from the manufacturer. Just 120V power is not great for power hungry device, and because of that, they just designed the protection on the power circuit somewhat conservatively. By the way, I think the fans are reasonably quiet for PA purpose. For the actual use, it would be much under the noise floor. However, for the indoor use, it's a bit annoying as it's mostly high frequency noise.
