I bought this case/stand for my 9.7 inch iPad Pro to replace the case/keyboard that I originally purchased from Apple. The Apple case and keyboard simply wore out (for shame, Apple!) and so I was looking for something inexpensive that will last until I replace this iPad. This case was only $18.00 and looked like it will do the job. For the most part it is doing the job, with a couple of caveats: Notice in the accompanying photo the chip that came off of the corner of the case. At no time have I dropped the iPad in this case or banged it into anything. It goes from my briefcase to my desk and back, and is not used in any challenging environment. That piece of plastic simply broke off! The materials from which this case is made are not the most durable, and I suspect the major fail that will happen with this product is the hing that holds the two pieces together. The other thing that was a small surprise is that from the pictures the outside of the case appears to have texture to it. That was appealing to me because I did not want something that would easily slip out of my hands. However, the outside of this case is quite slippery, so you need to be careful not to drop it. In spite of these issues this case is a good value for the money. Compared to what you would spend to get a case from Apple this case is a bargain. It looks good and has two options for setting the angle of the iPad when you are using it. It is light and the iPad fits securely into the case. ... show more
