If you need a leather case you really should read this before making your decision. This is the second iPad Pro Case that I have purchased from Tech Vendor. The first one did not meet my high expectations for a quality leather case for my iPad Pro. The leather was not the quality that I wanted, and the magnets on the first case I received were not strong enough to make the sleep/wake function on the case work, but like most people I did not want to go through the hassle of returning or exchanging it, and was resigned to just use it until I found a better one. In light of these shortcomings in the first case I couldn't in good conscience give the case 4 or 5 stars, and since I didn't give Tech Vendor the opportunity to replace the case I left no review. Now here is where my experience with Tech Vendor gets into the category of exceptional business practices. Tech Vendor contacted me by email to make sure I was totally satisfied with the first case, because I did not write a review or even give them feedback in terms of stars. I dealt with a really nice woman named Annie who was determined to makes things right. I told her about the first case, and she said I must have received a rare defective one, and that I should give them one more opportunity to try their Pro Case and make things right, because they really stand behind their products. She asked me to order one more through Amazon, and Tech Vendor would refund the cost for my getting one below our mutual expectations. I'm so glad I did! The leather on this new one is very good for the price. The magnets on this new case are strong and keep the cover lid closed, and activates the sleep/wake function on the iPad. The iPad fits snugly into the case with a secure Velcro strap around the center. All buttons, speakers, camera lenses, and jack are easily accessible, and there are 4 strips inside the case for viewing at 4 different angles. The case is sturdy enough to use the stand without holding it on my bed. There is even a document holder on the outside of the case for paper, etc. In the past for my older iPads I bought my leather cases at Brookstone's, but they discontinued making iPad covers. This Pro Case is a better made case for half the cost. BUT, the real review here is for the level of customer service and striving for customer satisfaction. How many times have you had an online seller follow up with you, without a complaint from you, to make sure you are completely satisfied? As for me never! I'm happy with not only this second case, but the way I was treated when there was a problem that I didn't initiate a complaint or contact. This is a seller that turned a negative initial experience to the most positive one I've ever had with an online seller. For this reason, and the fact that Tech Vendor does make a really great case, I tell anyone who reads my review that I give them my highest recommendation. Tech Vendor really cares about their customer's satisfaction, and they prove it by standing by their product. All Amazon sellers should strive to conduct business in this manner.

For $21 I wasn't expecting much but I took a chance based on the other reviews. GLAD I DID! This case cover is way more than expected in quality and workmanship. Fits my iPad Pro perfectly and provides great protection all around. It does add a little more thickness but well worth the added protection. I have access to all controls and the display is fully available. I wouldn't use the pen holder for the Apple Pencil but I can still tuck mine in the pocket on the outside. Honestly, if you want a cover for your iPad and want one sturdy enough to protect your investment. This is a great buy! The cover also works perfectly with the magnetic lock to shutoff the iPad when closed. Guess it checks all blocks then and checks them well. Probably one of the best ratings I've given a product and its well deserved. Since I've only had it for a week I can't really rate the durability a 5 but based on the construction i'm expecting the best.

I am so glad I gave this iPad cover a chance. Previously I had similar, but more expensive leather case ($120) for my older iPad. When I got my new iPad Pro I naturally wanted to get the same cover however, only a leather sleeve for the iPad Pro ($145) was available from that online leather company. I needed the ability to prop my iPad for viewing, not a sleeve. Enter the Procase. The ProCase far surpasses my previous expensive, softer leather case in many ways. Not only can I prop the my iPad Pro in 4 different viewing positions, it stays put in whatever viewing position I choose. The very affordable ProCase also has a pen loop and accompanying ballpoint pen plus a sleeve for loose paper. Additionally, and most important for me, the Procase accommodated a Speck hardshell cover I had previously purchased for my iPad Pro. I couldn't be happier. Now I have the additional protection of a hard case protecting the corners and back of my iPad Pro and the in the luxury of leather case that allows me to prop my iPad securely for viewing movies, typing or researching. The only downside of adding the Speck case w/Procase is the leather case is pretty snug and causes slight pulling of leather border at the bottom which in turn blocks a very small portion of the bottom of the screen. This is certainly no fault of the ProCase itself since it was designed for only the iPadPro, not an additional case and poses no problem for me.. An easy fix is to trim 1/8-1/4 inch of the leather along the bottom. I would buy this cover again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I have two other iPad Pro 12.9 cases and bought this for a little variety. I received this on Monday after ordering it on Saturday from Amazon. You just can’t beat that for service in my book, and with Amazon Prime there was no shipping cost. The material is very nice on both inside and outside. I like how the strips hold the opened iPad very firmly at the desired angle. It’s also nice to have a loop for my Apple Pencil. The included pen wasn’t for me but is OK for the price. I’ve paid much more for cases, including one with a keyboard. But since I have a great BT keyboard - Logitech K380 - it’s nice to be able to use that with this case easily. I really like this case. I’m giving it a 5 on all measures, including durability since it looks like it’s superior to a faux leather case I bought from Targus 18 months ago. After a few days I received an email from Jean at the Tech Vendor Amazon Storefront Team. They follow up to make sure you’re satisfied and that’s exactly what I am. My iPad is an A1670, which some have said didn’t match the camera lens and flash, but I say those reviews are from people smoking something.. All the ports are perfectly accessible for me.
