These are not the best paint brushes, and I hope you’re not buying them to be, they serve the purpose of being cheap and useful far beyond their price. I have not found a better deal anywhere else, this is the peak of price negotiation for this product. I have ordered many of these “throw away” brushes before and this deal is the best one in every way. You get a pile of cheap brushes. Some of the brissels fall out... if that's important to you, buy good brushes. These are cheap brushes; use them and toss them, there are almost a hundred...

    • Really convenient to use once and throw away
We often do touch-up painting inside and outside the house. It was always a pain to have to wash out a brush, or brushes, afterwards, and the big mess that comes with that. Even though reviews talked about bristles coming loose, and they do, it’s too infrequent to be a nuisance. If one comes out, it’s obvious, and can be easily lifted out with the end of the bristles in the brush. The convenience of not washing off a brush far outweighs the occasional loose bristle. And you get so many in a box, they will last for years to come. I’m glad I didn’t take the bad reviews too seriously, and tried them out for myself. Very happy with this product. ... show more

    • Great brushes
I love these brushes. The natural bristles work great with water based and oil based stains and paints, and I can toss them when I'm done. They are not quite good enough to get a perfect finish with polyurethane. The trick to a better finish is to use sharp scissors to trim the tips of the bristles so they're all even, and then get rid of the loose hairs. ... show more

    • Good value or bristles do fall out.
These are great throw-away brushes for jobs where perfection isn't necessary. The bristles do fall out from time to time which can be frustrating. Overall they are decent for the price.
