This was my first tumbler press for my small business and it works great. It does have a smell when sublimating items; however, it can be the ink and paper itself. I use this to sublimate mugs, Libbey glass and frosted along with tumblers. Just be sure to have ventilation when sublimating products.

At barely 2 months the machine stopped heating evenly and then stopped heating at all. When powered on it rest at 99 for the temp no matter how you change it or try to adjust it. Waste of money

It is easy to use and works well but it does not fit a 15oz coffe mug well at all! That is my main disappointment with it, I haven't tried larger tumblers but have done 20 oz and it seems to do them well.
