Update 3/04: Changed review from 3 to 4 stars. The screen is more private than I thought originally. This is because of the way the sun hits it at different times of the day. It does a decent job of providing a visual block for most of the day. I've also found that it provides a good windscreen and has held up well in 30mph gusts with no rips or tears. The zip ties, however, have broken in the wind. I would recommend either using multiple heavy-duty zip ties per grommet or looking into metal zip ties. I would also recommend looking into a way to attach the center of the fabric to your fence as well to reduce the "wind sail" effect. Due to the wind protection it provides and how well it has held up to the wind so far, I have purchased 3 more 4ftx 40ft screens to surround the entirety of my round pen. So far the quality for the price is a great deal in comparison to other similar products. We will see this spring how well it holds up to hail. ****************************************************************** Initial review: I got the brown 4' tall by 40' long option. First off, and probably most important, don't expect much "privacy" from this screen. You can see pretty well through it. I used it to partially line the outside of my round pen to obtain a little visual block from obnoxious neighbors who show up to haul trailers at the most inconvenient times while I am training my horses. The screen doesn't provide an adequate visual block. You can definitely see right through it and other than providing a little more of a solid-looking barrier it really doesn't help obscure views. Second, I wanted to provide some area of wind protection for our horses during storms. It's hard to tell how well this will work for that. It is woven and allows a decent amount of air through, but it also catches the wind, so it must act as some sort of windbreak. I think I may need to add something to secure the screen from movement along the middle to prevent flapping and noise. The instructions mention using a string to lace through the woven center, but I haven't yet figured out how to easily do this. Third, the zip ties they provide to attach the screen are extremely brittle and unusable. I had to use ones I already had on hand. Plan accordingly and don't rely on the zip ties they include with the screen. They literally snapped in half with the slightest pressure (not even while tightening). Fourth, the screen is not square, so one end looks strange because the bottom edge does not line up square with the top (this is after following the directions to secure top to bottom on one end, tighten and secure across the top, then tighten and securing across the bottom adjusting everything to be even along the way, then securing the last end top to bottom). One great thing about the screen is that the 4' height is perfect for securing to standard 5' metal fence panels. However, I would not recommend this product for privacy purposes and I have yet to observe how well it will work as a windscreen. While the price is much better than the popular 10'-12' panels advertised for horse use, I'm not convinced it will work as well.

The SunnyRoyal Privacy Fence Screen is a quality screen that provides the level of privacy we were looking for. I ordered this to cover a side of our yard that lines up with our neighbors garage. We have farm fencing that does not provide any level of privacy. After installation, our dogs are less interested in barking at the neighbors as they come and go. The installation process was easy with two people. It's efficient to have one person hold the screen while the other person secures it with the zip ties provided. The ringlets appear to be quality material and the screen itself is heavy duty. The SunnyRoyal Privacy Fence Screen is affordable and effective, and I would recommend this product.

This privacy screen fence Works perfect for my needs and Wasnt too hard to install because you could reach everything from the ground. However, it is still a little bit of a task Especially if you don't have a lot of experience with this type of stuff I did make the mistake of not making the mounting points quite strong enough because the wind did blow a couple of the mounts out and it caused a bit of fraying in the material. in the material Which would not have happened if I would have mounted it just a bit better. Keep in mind that these winds were in excess of 38 miles an hour Which can be really hard on your mounting points with a surface area of materials such as this. Nonetheless, and despite that, I can still highly recommend this privacy fence cover!

The brown color privacy shade matches our picture window roll up shade, so we were excited to receive the fast shipment. Being a soft good, it is easily shipped, but the seller didn’t take that for granted - it was securely packaged and arrived in perfect shape. We have a patio that gets too much sun during the summer and have wanted to shade it for some time. We have large wooden columns dividing our patio into 3 sections. On two sections, we installed a different color shade that is actually designed to cover our pergola. Once we got this brown shade, we moved the pergola cover to our pergola and installed this brown shade material across those 2 sections. The length of the shade allows us to easily shade 2 sections while still enjoying good airflow. We used rope, ratchet fasteners, eye bolts and zip ties to attach the shade to our house (hardi-board siding in the back) and the two wooden columns. The grommets are conveniently spaced and allowed us to pull the material tight to achieve a polished looking install. For the price and the length of this shade material, this quality product gets high marks.
