This pole is everything! Had my husband out this up for me and he was so excited and surprised at the same time because I didn’t tell him I purchased it til it arrived 😘 You will definitely need a male’s strength to make sure it’s installed properly because the space between the ceiling and pole is so tightly secured. You will definitely also wants to follow the instructions and make alterations if need be for perfect fit, which you need for security. I haven’t had any issues with mine and I used it regularly and daily. Great for all levels and perfect for beginners or private fun 😜 It is very sturdy and functions properly and just as I expected. My husband and I absolutely love this investment so much. Great for confidence building. Definitely worth every dime. The instructions are easy to follow but recommend watching assembly videos before installing, in case you need to make adjustments. We had to make a slight adjustment but wouldn’t not have known how to do if I would not have researched installment videos and reviews.

This pole we got as an upgrade and is worth every penny. First the pole was very easy to set up and came in discreet packaging so the nosey judgmental neighbors don’t realize what it is. Second is a personal preference but the size of the pole is comfortable compared to the last pole we had. At 45mm it just feels better than the 40mm pole we had. And lastly it is very sturdy. My wife feels completely safe using it there’s not play in the pole unlike the last one. And with me a 6’5 250lb man being able to spin on it with out any play that should tell you all that you need to know about the stability.

The media could not be loaded. So, Here’s the deal. I searched for ages, in sex shops and online, for a good/sturdy pole that wasn’t like $400. I finally decided I’d bite the bullet after not finding a SINGLE rotating pole in stores in my area, to just buy this one. This pole was NOT easy to figure out how to put up with the instructions booklet. However, one YouTube video and it was up! At first it wasn’t stable. I have popcorn ceilings so idk if that was it, but it slipped when I tried a simple spin trick (not the one from the video). But I had a stronger guy friend come over and he tightened the pole for me so it was more snug to the ceiling and ever since that b*tch is STURDY. After having it slip the first time I was timid but I decided to go all out and test its strength and just vaulted at it. It did not move an inch! Not even on the popcorn ceiling!!! Overall, after a few days of use and lots of tests, it’s sturdy AF, has not ruined or damaged my ceilings/floors, and it spins and goes static with ease. So I’m VERY happy! I use it for working out and personal use and I think it’s really great.

Love that the height extension is on the bottom as opposed to having a clumsy cover piece at the top. It has a small base at the bottom to allow closer standing to the pole for certain movements. It does not spin too fast. I’m fine with this, it’s been the sturdiest I’ve owned so far. Give it a try.

This pole is amazing and is soo sturdy. I put mine on carpeted floor and it was still very sturdy The thickness is good too. It makes it easier to practice on because it is not as thick as other cheap poles

I love the pole but it’s TOO TALL for my den, it won’t fit in my bedroom because the ceiling is uneven AND it’s too short for my living room.... I’m so upset cause I was waiting so long for it to come..... make sure it can fit in your home so u won’t be disappointed.. and it doesn’t even tell you how tall it is :/
