This pole is everything! Had my husband out this up for me and he was so excited and surprised at the same time because I didn’t tell him I purchased it til it arrived 😘 You will definitely need a male’s strength to make sure it’s installed properly because the space between the ceiling and pole is so tightly secured. You will definitely also wants to follow the instructions and make alterations if need be for perfect fit, which you need for security. I haven’t had any issues with mine and I used it regularly and daily. Great for all levels and perfect for beginners or private fun 😜 It is very sturdy and functions properly and just as I expected. My husband and I absolutely love this investment so much. Great for confidence building. Definitely worth every dime. The instructions are easy to follow but recommend watching assembly videos before installing, in case you need to make adjustments. We had to make a slight adjustment but wouldn’t not have known how to do if I would not have researched installment videos and reviews.

This pole we got as an upgrade and is worth every penny. First the pole was very easy to set up and came in discreet packaging so the nosey judgmental neighbors don’t realize what it is. Second is a personal preference but the size of the pole is comfortable compared to the last pole we had. At 45mm it just feels better than the 40mm pole we had. And lastly it is very sturdy. My wife feels completely safe using it there’s not play in the pole unlike the last one. And with me a 6’5 250lb man being able to spin on it with out any play that should tell you all that you need to know about the stability.

This pole is so amazing for the price I definitely recommend purchasing this. The instructions were pretty easy. I had to read them a few different times to finally get it correct. you definitely need 2 people I tried by myself and I did not work. I love that it can be in a spinning mode and static mode. MY ONLY complaint. there’s instructions on how to adjust the height of the pole. which were pretty understandable. but there was no way to make the pole shorter. The description of the pole says it can go to 45 inches to like 105 inches or something. my ceiling was 90 inches and for some reason I could not get the pole to fit. it was way too long. there was no instructions on how to adjust it shorter. before almost putting everything back in the box and shipping it back, I had an idea of taking one of the shorter pieces off, and then using the height adjuster to adjust it to the correct position. that was really the only way to get a shorter. I just wish they had more clear instructions on how to get it shorter. overall pole is pretty stable.

Love that the height extension is on the bottom as opposed to having a clumsy cover piece at the top. It has a small base at the bottom to allow closer standing to the pole for certain movements. It does not spin too fast. I’m fine with this, it’s been the sturdiest I’ve owned so far. Give it a try.

When I received the pole, the packaging was ripped and dented. The pole itself comes it multiple parts, the pole was also dented. The threads on the pole that help it to twist and connect were completely stripped. The pole measurements are off by a lot even with the extender. I would not recommend. I reported the issue and received no consideration or care. I do not recommend
