This is a great set. They were a blast to try out when I had no idea what size or type of lettering markers I really wanted or would use the most. I can't speak to their quality compared to more expensive brands, but they seem pretty nice and like they will last for a long time with regular use. Careful with those 2 dual-ended markers! They absolutely bleed through pages! The giant chisel and the big brush marker are great if you protect the surface behind and don't intend to use the back of whatever you're writing on. The 7 illustration markers do not bleed through thicker drawing paper. I wish there was a 1-sized tip instead of one of the ultra fine tips. I end up using the 08 and the small brush marker the most for art journaling and drawing purposes, and those work great in a drawing notebook. I like the inclusion of the pencils, but if you're getting this set as a gift for someone who draws, know that they need the in between shading pencils; the pencils included are a very hard and a very soft pencil. ... show more

I was beyond excited to receive these! At first I really enjoyed the overall packaging because it kept them in an easy to use order while switching between sizes, however that became less and less convenient for me quickly; I found them hard to get out of their slot, especially if you had something else in your hands. I also have a 4 year old running around so I always put them all the way back in their box, but that became cumbersome as well I guess. Other than my own personal 48 hour struggle with how best to tote them around with me lol, I love them! But to be completely honest I haven't found much use for a few of the markers, but I've swatched and played with them all. Looking forward to coming up with something to use, for example, the huge brush pen on ^_^ For bullet journaling I've been using the .005-.08 pens like mad! They feel great in my hand, the ink works well with all my other markers (on top and below). ... show more

So this is a fantastic set! Great quality great mix of sizes. I would give 5 stars but it was missing a pen. It is supposed to have a 05 pen, but instead I recieved two 005 pens. So I guess someone else got my 05 and I have their 005. We can trade if you want lol. If Prismacolor reads this, I'm not upset. And will gladly give 5 stars of you want to drop me a 05 in the mail, I am happy to send back the extra 005 lol. ... show more
