This is a quality of life changer. Flawless. I own 4, at different places. None have ever had an issue. I can't live without them. Life is to hard cooking water, grinding coffee, filling pots on those days you can't. I find I'm more hydrated when I live with this. Saves on electricity, plastic bottles. I run this, a chest high fridge, lights, chargers, off of two 12 volt solar panel kit, (400 w) and a line of 6 volt golf cart batteries and a 4000 watt peak cheap inverter I'm a foggy place. I have issues with normal keurigs and lower voltage. But always instant hot water, cold water and coffee on tap makes any place luxury. ... show more

We love it! We have a smaller kitchen and it saves counter space, not Having to have a kurig, as well as serves our needs. I hate buying water by the 16 oz bottles... what a waste. If you're looking for a two in one , this is it!

The media could not be loaded. Once you figure out some things it works great. Press the K cup in hard enough until you hear the pop because the hole needs to be opened for the hot water to go through To use the hot water you have to press the red button. Sometimes that sticks and hot water keeps running. I sprayed in a little WD40 and now no longer have that problem So a couple kinks but I love this thing. For the money it's great ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I for got to add in my video that the coffee does tend to Splash so I find myself having to wipe down the front of the machine quite often also the green lights don't stay lit very long so make sure you have your cup ready to go once you insert your coffee pod otherwise you'll have to repress the white button in order to select how many ounces you would like it to distance. ... show more

Works great. Makes a little noise as it’s refilling the tank which I got used to. Even though I’m not a k-cup fan, this machine is winning me over. It comes with a reusable pod, but they really should supply two. I’ve tried to order a second one, but the company, nor anyone else has them. Sure enough, I lost the pod. I've called Primo twice and they do not sell replacement pods. During my 3 months of searching, I've discovered that many of the pods have lids that are too thick (plastic pod with plastic lid) to fit inside the holder. Yesterday I finally found one that fits-see pictures. It has a stainless steel pod and a plastic lid. I'm getting ready to order two more as backup. Otherwise, this is a great machine! UPDATE: makes a weak cup of coffee. But since i didn't buy it for that, not a problem. ... show more

I purchased this about a month ago and wanted to use it for awhile before I gave it a review. The machine itself I love. The white color gives it a very clean look andvthe size is also very sleek. The packaging made it easy to remove from the box and set up was easy. As for the coffee maker, it's definitely a space saver. If your counter space is limited and single cup coffee is all you need it will serve your purpose. It is easy to use and has minimal cleanup after each use. It does drip a bit after brewing is completed so be sure to wipe the surface immediately to prevent staining on the white surface. Overall, the purchase is serving its purpose. ... show more
