GREAT COMPANY Ordered a Argon tank through Amazon. It was to be delivered June 12th. Got a texted that said it was out for delivery on the 7th. Nobody to sign. Contacted Gene and he stated they showed it was delivered. told me where and not only the wrong address (not even close to me) but it was signed for and the customer stated to Fed Ex that he didn't order it and was told by the Fed Ex driver after being cussed out by him that he didn't care and dumped it in his yard. Gene stated that he would look into it further. He called back and stated FE knew the problem and would pick up and deliver to me. 5 days later FE showed up at my door and stated they were here to pick up a tank. That driver was very nice and apologetic. I explained the deliver was made somewhere wrong and he said he would figure it out and be back. 45 minutes later (the diver stayed late to go back) I finally got my tank. I want to Thank Gene and Primeweld for not only the great price but the GREAT customer service. Amazon did little but also just sent me a text that is was delivered even after my text back to them that it was not delivered. Will DEFINATELY BE A RETURN CUSTOMER. Thanks again, Ron

I was surprised that I could order a large Argon/CO2 cylinder on Amazon and have it shipped to me for free through my Prime membership. It was cheaper to do it that way, than ordering from PrimeWeld. What can I say about the tank? Well... it sits in my shop with a chain around it - and delivers the gas I need for Mig welding. That's about it. I like PrimeWeld products (I own a PrimeWeld MIG180 welder), and this cylinder is the perfect size for my needs.

What a great way to buy gas. It was always a pain in the ass at the gas company. This was ordered on Sunday 4/20 from New Jersey and arrived Fed-Ex on Wednesday afternoon at Ocala Florida. Now I own the tank! Will buy again. PS - Must be on hand at home to sign Fed-Ex receipt upon delivery
