I was really frustrated with this product. I bought it as I was having difficulty removing the Prime Prometics mascara. I hoped their makeup removing product would work on their makeup. I have lost eyelashes trying to remove this mascara and a black film is left on my skin after using this product. The mascara may be the main problem but one would think that this product was made to remove their own mascara in a much better way. Was looking for something comparable to Mary Kay’s makeup remover. This product didn’t even make a dent against my waterproof mascara. Imagine this might be better used with a cotton pad to remove light powder makeup?

I have tried many Micellar/Makeup removers and this one did not make my eyes hurt or water. It removed makeup and mascara without too much rubbing ( a little, but not too much). A good value.
