The dimensions were a little different than the factory radiator on my 04 f350 6.0. But it got perfect and is doing great. Looks better as well. I’ll add pictures. Very good quality. Thick aluminum and strong weld points. The transmission lines on it were different, it just comes with openings like you would just stick a rubber hose over with hose clamp. But I was able to take off the old fittings from the other radiator and use them on the new radiator with some heavy duty thread sealant. Second radiator I purchased. First another seller that came smashed amd poorly packed. This one arrived packed much better. Straight no bends as other reviews said. Threads are wrong on trans cooler as all reviews states. Alignment pins are slightly off but that’s all probably copyrighted and can be made to work. Have to grind out shroud plastic holes so top 2 bolts align also. Seems good construction. No leaks yet as others claim. Happy so far. Will be purchasing another for other 6.0 truck. Seems to cool very well and recover faster as well. Also did the electric clutch delete while apart. ... show more

Radiator does not line up like factory radiator. Leaked immediately from internal cores. Radiator was installed on a 2005 f250 powerstroke.

Works great and seems very well built. Haven't towed with it just yet but I have driven pretty hard and it keeps cool. An emergency had me driving 100mph+ for around 30 minutes a few days after install and it held up in the big F250. Packaging could be a little better. I've read that some people have gotten them a little tweaked and mine was a little warped/bowed (barely) but it installed easy and works fine. I like that it's all aluminum and repairable if it ever fails. ... show more

Great radiator for the price. Adds cooling capacity, which I needed for my modded engine in my ‘05 6.0L Excursion. Reused Franny cooler fittings without issue. Only thing I’ll mention that wasn’t ideal is that the nubs on the bottom were just slightly/ a hair wider, so had to work it a bit to get them into the rubber bushings below to be held on the bottom properly. The radiator works for a about 2 months then started to leak from the weldings,there’s in warranty for a year but to return it you have to pay for shipping,Ups wants 400$ dollars and regular mail 200$ so take that in consideration before you buy from this seller. Contacted Amazon about the issue and they can’t help because the 3 month window to return it is already expired. ... show more
