I'd say it takes about 10-15lbs to compress these, to fully squash em', I'd say 20 ish lbs to maybe 30. Each.

I bought it because somebody said spring was right around the corner. So I wanted to be ready. The great part was it fixed the touchy throttle response on my side by side. When listing spring sizes it would be helpful if it were sized in both metric and SAE.

Usually happy to find out something ships in higher quantity than expected, but the ended up not fitting. So since I needed two and the super tiny 2-pack icon wasn't on the image for the size I bought I now have 4 springs that don't fit what I need them for. Them not fitting was a gamble, I needed them to fit over something that is 7/8" and they were just a touch too small. Maybe include inner diameter on the listing? Otherwise, they seem sturdy and I am trying the 1-1/8" to see if that will fit and only ordering qty 1 this time! ... show more

If it matters, they work with TRAXXAS Crawlers, I used 6 of them to stiffen the shocks on my Hauler RC car for a heavy load build, they work amazingly, they have give but not till after like 30 pounds.
