Excellent springs. I've had good experiences with Uxcell products in the past, and these lived up to my expectations. I'm actually using them for a somewhat unconventional purpose—as decorative cable sleeves on spotlights. They give the fixtures a more industrial look compared to the standard black plastic cable, which is exactly what I was after. The springs are easy to cut to length and have just the right amount of tension. They hold their shape well while still allowing the cable to bend naturally and maintain a smooth curve. After cutting, I spent about a minute with a small file to smooth the ends, and they were ready to install. This worked out so well that I'll definitely keep this product in mind for future projects. As someone that drags some form of a trailer several times a week, a stainless steel extended tension spring is an essential addition to any trailer owner's arsenal. Any time I'm assigned a new trailer I put one of these on the wiring going from the trailer lights to the back of the truck. The fact that it doesn't rust in rain is a game-changer. No more worrying about corrosion or damage due to exposure to the elements. This wire is built to last and withstand even the harshest weather conditions. Snow? No problem. Heavy rain? Easy work. BOAT TRAILER SUBMERGED? A walk in the park. Because it's collapsed naturally and stretches when the lights are plugged in, it's incredibly effective in preventing any damage caused by loose wiring that might drag the road, especially in turns. The tension it provides ensures that everything stays securely in place. I just put two zip ties on the wiring - one close to the trailer and one about a foot from the truck side of the plug, then loop the included loops through the zip ties. It's fool proof. This is my sixth purchase of these springs over the last 8 years, each for a different trailer. The oldest one is still going strong.
