This is the best value first focal plane LPVO scope with ACSS at 8 power. At 8 power the eye relief isn't that great but not bad. From 1-6 power the eye relief is pretty forgiving it has nice clear glass. I'm happy with it.

This lpvo blew my vortex strike eagle 1-8 out of the water and then some. The clarity is just as good if not better bit where it really surprised me was the brightness settings. Holds 0, clicks are prominent enough though a bit on the subtle side, I enjoy the combo of the chevron and donut. Have not tested beyond range 0 at this time. I will provide more on durability when opportunity allows.

The reticle is clear from 1-8 I was a little leery about the reticle at first cause I'm a firm believer in a duplex or a windplex at most. The reticle is not too busy for me even on 8. I am absolutely in love with this scope. I first sighted in at 50 yards to get this on paper, then sighted in at 100 yards using the top of the chevron tip. Afterwards, hitting / ringing steel from 50 to 250 is so easy it almost feels like cheating. Now I just need to find a range with further distance to stretch this scope's legs. At shorter distances and at lower magnifications (1x through 4x), this thing has a very forgiving eyebox. I don't have to be just perfect on it, and can still get a great sight picture. ... show more

Smaller and lighter than Vortex Strike Eagle with same specs. Eye relief is smaller than Vortex. Few bucks cheaper than Vortex. I prefer the PA reticle but distance ranging is much easier on Vortex. Both have lifetime warranties.
