I feed it moistened for dinner along with some cooked chicken or beef, broth etc . Whatever I have for leftovers...but they love it alone as well. They will eat a piece broken for a healthy treat during the day. They do drink alot of water so I don't worry about feeding dry. This food is great. My dogs love it and I can tell that it's helping their overall health. It is expensive and be sure and introduce this VERY slowly. It will give them digestion problems if changed too quickly.
