Overall I give it 5 stars because it is super sturdy and will support a moderately heavy cage, and it is lightweight enough to pick up and move when needed. The hook that came with it to hang the cage could be more beefy. Also, it would be nice to have the option to keep the hook stationary so that it doesn't try to spin while you are trying to hang the cage up. This birdcage stand is great. Easy to assemble and move around. Keeps my bird at the perfect height so he can look out at window and watch the other birds. He goes nuts singing when the flock in the yard.

I wanted a stand for my birdcage that had as small a foot print as possible but still be sturdy and stable. This is just right. Easy to assemble and amazingly stable.

I coupled this with the Jumbo Scrollwork Cage and it looks great. Sturdy enough to hold up the cage and it's contents while maintaining an elegant look. Much nicer than the Prevue cage I replaced. Although that cage was nice, it was too boxy and insdustrial looking. The stand and cage look very nice together! ... show more

I read the reviews on this item and was concerned, especially where the reviews said that the stand was not sturdy and wobbled. Well when I put it together I noticed first that the legs need to be level with each other at the top where they meet around the main pole. This I did wrong first and it definitly wobbled ALOT. But when I got the tops level and the screwed in the bolts (the bolts will go in with them not level an this is not mentioned in the instructions) then I found this item to be very stable. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Tall enough that my cat cannot reach the cage and the top hook rotates so that I can face the cage where ever is preferred. Very great product! ... show more

My birds are in Heaven hanging right inside a wall of windows on their new stand! I had to ask a cousin to help me put it together but it’s super sturdy.

Overall, good product. I wouldn’t say it is the sturdiest or most durable stand but it gets the job done and holds my relatively large bird cage without any issues. For the money though it can’t be beat.
