I purchased this hair piece in blonde two years ago and LOVED IT. So when I changed my hair to black, I came back to this shop to buy a new pony tail piece. I ordered two in two different colors, as I wasn’t sure what color would match best. When I received them one (the one on the right) was still in its packaging, with tags, net, and tissue paper indicating it was brand new. The second one (the one on the left) had no tags, no net, no tissue, and when I pulled it out of the bag I noticed it’s filled with mats and knots!!! This hair piece was clearly worn by someone and then returned and this shop just puts back on the shelf and sells it as new. This is so unhygienic and down right gross. I don’t want to pay brand new prices and receive a used rat’s nest of a hair piece. Plus these pony tails are are about 1/4 THINNER than the old one I purchased. So that’s another ding. I’ll be returning these promptly and buying elsewhere. Such a bummer. ... show more

My daughter has shoulder length hair and it is SUPER straight but her competitive cheer team requires their hair be in a high pony and curled. Her hair will not hold curl no matter what products we use. I got this since it was already curled. It clips onto her bun, has a drawstring that also surrounds the bun to make it more secure, and I use bobby pins. It is soft, holds it's curl, though since it is not synthetic I assume you could recurl it if needed. ... show more

We are very pleased with this ponytail. It is excellent for cheer hair! It has a pull draw string and a comb in the front and back. We use zip ties as well to secure it to her ponytail holder and it does NOT move. Everyone compliments how pretty the curls are and we store it in the bag it came in with the net. The media could not be loaded. I love the curls, color, length, how easy it is to apply & is secured, easily brushed without styling products & it had no knots or hair fall out which I love & came in perfect conditions, is nicely packed, & looks just like the picture but maybe it’s just me but it doesn’t look good on me from the back viewpoint. Amazing volume though! I don’t look good with big volume on the top of my ponytail. It has that tease hair effect which looks fantastic on some people but sadly not on me. BUT all to say, I would recommend buying if you like a volume tease pony effect because everything is amazing but it definitely is something worth trying on first to see if it's flattering on you. ... show more
