My granddaughters are a year apart and the same size. These fit so nicely. They have stretch, aren’t skin tight, not baggy and a nice fabric. They are accurately sized and somewhat rip resistant. Nice weight material.

These are made of thicker material than most other kids’ leggings and are nice and soft. They do seem to run small. My 5-year-old is 46 lb and 46” tall and usually wears 6/7, but the 6/7 size was tight on her with no growing room.

My daughter is an average 6 year old height (don't remember what her height is exactly) and weighs about 68lbs. Wears 10/12 in kids and I purchased the large which fit perfectly. I've been buying leggings at Ross/Burlington but they are poorly made and easily wear. These Amazon Essentials leggings are Soooo much better. Thicker, stretchier, and the stitching is really good. They fit my daughter well and don't hang out under her belly as most do. I like that these leggings can meet to the belly button. The only slight problem is that one of the legs of the legging is longer than the other leg of the same leggings. (See the pictures only one seemed to be even) but it was just that one that had a bigger difference, the other one wasn't too bad. I didn't notice this until after I washed them. But I don't mind that difference they usually are long and scrunched at the bottom. Hope this helps others make the decision in buying these with ease. ... show more

Nice fit and length and comfortable. My daughter often has pants that are too short bc of her small waist or hanging in the crotch to get the length. These fit perfectly. They're a little difficult to get over the heel, though. If that becomes too much of a problem, I'll just slit the foot hems. We live in a warm climate and she uses these for dance class in a studio that is not air conditioned. She hasn't complained that they make her itch (a problem she's had with other brands), nor do they keep her hot. ... show more

Nice set of leggings. Great price while still being good quality and thicker than other brands. They do not shrink with washing which is also an issue with other brands.
