The first tricycle came and ended up crooked when it was assembled. It tilted to the right. It was also missing some screws and tools needed to assemble it. They were good to send me the missing screws and tools. They also sent a new tricycle, but it had a bent piece, but it ultimately worked out. I used a hammer to hammer the bent piece into shape. The tricycle is sturdy and works well, and the company was good to work with me. They need to learn how to package materials properly so they don't get damaged, but all in all, it worked well.

The bikes were easy to put together, they look great. I made a larger order and the seller was kind enough to double check with me. The estimated arrival was weeks away but I got the bikes in less than a week. Really appreciated that. Would purchase again from this seller :)
