These are exactly as described. Makes decorating cookies or cakes super easy. Even kids can operate the squeeze bulbs and they are much easier than pastry bags. The entire silicone units easily come completely apart for very simple cleaning and reassembly. I highly recommend!

In an effort to eliminate the waste of plastic pastry bags, I thought I'd give this a try. It's ok to use for a quick job but it in no way compares to the real thing. I've found that I need to fill it completely with your choice of topping to come out evenly. It flows all right for just a few florets but as it empties and you squeeze harder the topping either 'explodes' or only a small amount comes out. Not crazy about these so I'll just go back to using pastry bags. ... show more

I like these,my wrist is bad and these were easy to use...I don't know why some of the reviews are bad,perhaps it's because they used frosting and it wasn't thin enough? try warming up the frosting a lil bit then use it. but I just now used it for the icing to start decorating a gingerbread house. also maybe people didn't screw the caps on tight enough that's why they had oozing or the caps popped off because I seriously didn't have any problems at all. I didn't rate about the cleaning part yet because I haven't gotten that far yet but I'm sure it'll be easy,just run some hot water in them when your done ;) sign me happy gramma ... show more

This made frosting my Christmas cookies so much more efficient! Only gave four stars because it doesn't completely empty the container of frosting, leaves a little extra behind.
