I swear by using bench scrapers in the kitchen to help with moving ingredients around even when I'm not baking. These scrapers are durable hard plastic. Great for my use case, but might be more challenging for those wanting to scrape dough out from a bowl. It's important to note that there is raised lettering in the bottom of the scraper for measurements -- this might throw some people off who use these alongside a knife to gather and lift ingredients or who don't want dough stuck to the scraper. ... show more
