I began to put this dresser together, and one of the boards cracked, and one of the metal pieces broke, I called, and they immediately sent replacements. The instructions were a little bit difficult when it came to the red and blue, right and left. However, it all came together, and this is a nice piece of furniture, I may have to add a piece of wood under each drawer just for sturdiness. Overall, this company gets an A+ from me. ... show more

A good sturdy & inexpensive dresser. The drawers aren’t particularly deep or spacious; we’re mostly using these to store bed linens (small apartment with no linen closet) and as a TV stand for our bedroom. Giving 4 stars because it was a total pain to assemble. Took my fiancé and I 3.5 hours to put it together. The instruction booklet is for a few different kinds of dressers that the company produces so the instructions are vague. The pieces are not labeled, so you have to guess which piece is what. The booklet also just completely skipped over a step (where you have to put the top of the dresser on before attaching the upper backing). The wood also came damaged (see 2nd picture), which is especially a shame because it is exterior facing. There was also some kind of dried adhesive drips on the bottom of the faces of one of the drawers. Overall, it is a good and sturdy dresser. I just wish it were easier & faster to assemble, and that all of the pieces had arrived fully clean and not damaged. ... show more

It has held up pretty well over a couple of years. There were some nicks when it arrived but was relatively easy to put together. Some of the drawers feel cheap remind you how much you spent but it looks fine and is still standing and holding everything I need it to.

This dresser was good quality which was my main concern when purchasing this. It took me about 4 hours to complete. A couple of things I wish it included was a few extra supplied hardware pieces in case one breaks or gets lost, and for the board to have labels that match whats in the instructions booklet. Most of the build was a process of matching each piece with whats on the picture and making sure the holes are the same because the pieces weren't labeled. Honestly, I was expecting a typical prefab dresser like the ones you find at small corner stores or discount retailers. But this is not that at all. The material is very firm and every piece is cut smoothly and with precision. Weight wise, it's not that different from solid wood. The drawers slide in and out without effort. This is the perfect dresser for us! We were looking for one that would fit everything we needed but also fit in a pretty small space, and this was the most affordable option for us. It's nice looking, and everything we wanted/needed. My only complaints are that it is pretty short and that it was not the easiest to assemble.. thank god we had put our daughter's dresser together the night before and had similar parts so that made it easier, but NOTHING was labeled, and the directions sucked!
